I have very mild gynecomastia but when I wear a T-Shirt which is fairly tight and of just one flat colour you can see like a circle around my nipple area from where it is puffy and it bothers me. I currently use bandage tape under my clothing to hide it but this can be painful so is only a temporary solution. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with any compression vests you can get in the UK. I do not want the vest to hide the overall shape of my chest, just the puffy nipple area. Can anyone recommend a vest - I am willing to pay a lot if I know it does the job. For example I found a promising one on xbody.co.uk which costs about £50. Thanks

I recommend buying bigger shirts and being more careful on your next cycle.

Cycle serious? Not everyone with gyno takes roids and not everyone that takes roids gets gyno its not an absolute thing. Please think before you post

Have you tried pasties? They are actually pretty comfy. I wear them at the pool to cover up my very long nipples. They look like #2 pencil erasers only 4x as long.

This takes me back 20 years ago when my buddy bought some dbol and was worried it was fake. My response, only one way to find out, go see if you get gyno...and did he ever!
