Everyone ITT needs to take a fuking science course you inbred hillbillies. How can you not understand the direct correlation between mass producing meat and the hundreds of environmental effects it has? We can save the world by not eating cows, thats a fact.

Well, you can't have it both ways.
In order for us to mass-produce the amount of meat we do, so it's available to a larger audience, ethics have to take a backseat.
Or we could put ethics first, charge more $$$ for meat, less people can afford it, humans are the ones to suffer.
Also makes me laugh how when anyone mentions animal cruelty it's essentially just any animal with fur. Kill an insect/bird and nobody gives a fcuk.

I've been convinced for like a year that vegans are right, those cowspiracy infographics are scary as fuk and the only reason to eat meat is pleasure, basically there is no argument against veganism.. Maybe I'm an ******* though cause I can't stop eating meat and I feel bad that I don't feel bad while I do it if that makes sense.. Hopefully they make lab meat that tastes legit soon fuuuk

Never did I ever state that slaughtering animals making them suffer both physically and mentally is considered ethically justifiable, therefore I don't have to explain anything to you. Everyone knows that the animals go through a lot during the process, and that is indeed an undeniable fact. In fact, if you scroll up, you'll see that I quoted another poster saying I agree with his views regarding how the animals are being treated. Do you even read the posts in the thread?
Furthermore, you have to realize that not everyone cares about the well-being of the animals the same way as you do. There are a lot of people that simply do not care at all. Subliminally, each and every one of us know how terrible it is, and that is not debatable. However, since it doesn't affect us on a daily basis we choose to ignore it. We choose to ignore it because of selfishness, laziness or whatever the reason may be. At the end of the day, it is because change is one of the most difficult things that we face. People don't want to change, we get comfortable where we are because it's familiar; even if it's not perfect.
In addition to that, I still believe that judging people and calling them <insert random insult> because they choose to eat meat is the act of a narrow-minded imbecile.

Meat releases more dopamine in my brain -> Humans are innately controlled by what gives them dopamine
Edit- even if your just looking at at it without the fukked slaughter houses part, it gives you cancer, hurts your heart and destroys the environment (red meat)
It doesn't fit a logical cost/benefit equation, but dopamine is a helluva drugLast edited by CumToSenses; 08-28-2016 at 08:26 AM.

I simply don't care enough.
I don't need to eat meat. But I also don't need to drive a car, live in a house, or consume the earths resources on posting memes on the internet. All things that are harming the planet. But where do we draw the lineA young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.
The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."
The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

You must be an actual retard. Just think for one second. To have a cow eat its whole life it needs copious amounts of feed/water. Eliminate the cow and that food/water can be given to humans without using any new land. Have you ever even seen a lush garden??? Srs, you can feed yourself all year with a well managed 10x10 plot of land filled with plants. You must not realize that for every cow there are acres of land needed to raise it.

Lmao, dude I was trying to be civil and logical about this and you went full blown bleeding heart ******* on all of us. My fuking god dude. Not only did you go retarded, you also attempted to make a parallel to black people and women from animals that humans consume regularly.
I understand the emotional appeal to veganism, because animals do indeed have feelings, but god damn. Evolution taught us all that if you don't want to get eaten, you have to evolve. Farm animals got the short end of the stick when humans figured that chit out first.

4:45 onwards: Fuking rekt. Lol'd hard at the unprepared tryhard "journalist", public humiliation at its finest.
He went full retard with his meat eaters prisoners vs vegan prisoners tho ...
That's most likely because people who take actions causing them to end up in prison don't give 2 ****s about anything, especially eating habits.
Fully agree with everything else tho.
@ OP:
Why do you even go on the interwebz to argue with random strangers?
People won't change for **** if they don't have an intrinsic motivation. Your best bet is to influence your near environment and close ones, since they will most benefit from going vegan (health wise). So stop wasting your time arguing with people who entered this thread with their already fixed impression that you're a "beta pussy".
Also I'm still waiting for the vegan transformation pics nohomo"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step"

Still waiting for one of you vegan posers to post a single piece of research that substantiates this claim
Unless of course, by 'research', you people actually mean 'stuff I saw on the internet and am parroting without any justificiation under the guise of being educated on the subject'Last edited by PaddleBunt; 08-28-2016 at 11:10 AM.

Basically meat eaters are superior to vegans in every way. Enjoy your less than optimal nutrition *******. I like protein, and I am willing to kill a cow or chicken and feast on its corpse. I want to taste its blood, and take its nutrients for myself. While you munch away on ripened ovaries of plant life, I savor the flavor of bloody muscle and fat. It's delicious...that succulent taste of extinguished animal life. I prefer grass fed beef. The fat just tastes better. Speaking of which, I bet vegans taste pretty good too.
Trolling aside: eat whatever you want. It is probably not the most moral thing to eat meat, but whatever. Meat is pretty good for you in general.
