I got a chance to finally try this cinnamon roll flavor with dried apple and a little
something else to give it that nutty flavor.

Ingredients
1- 1 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand )or ground up oats will work
2- 2 scoops of AI Sports Cinnamon Roll Whey
3- 1 tbs of baking power
4- 3/4 tsp of baking soda
5- 1 tbs of ground cinnamon powder
6- 1/2 cup of dried apples cut up into tiny pieces (Trader Joe Brand)
7- 1/4 cup of Planters Salted Caramel Peanuts
8- 4 oz of unsweetened apple sauce
9- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
10- 2 egg whites
11- 1 tsp of liquid cinnamon extract or vanilla extract
12- 3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and blend thoroughly then
pour the batter into a 8-9 in long rectangular pan that has been coated with nonstick
spray. Place the pan into a 325 degree oven for about 25 min and when done remove
and let cool before cutting into squares.

Ingredients

4- 1 tbs of pumpkin pie spice powder
5- 1 tsp of baking powder
6- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
7- 1/4 cup of dried raisins
8- 1/4 cup of chopped toasted walnuts
9- 2 heaping tbs of canned pumpkin
10- 2 egg whites
11- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
12- 3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
Frosting- Take 1 70cc scoop of each flavor of the two proteins used in this cake and mix
them together then add a few drops of water and mix until you get a thick spreadable
consistency and spread it all over the cake and this cake and this will taste like a frosted
pumpkin pie.
