Hey what's up everyone. Have been thinking of doing a Men's Physique show for the past year or so. I always have people who tell me to do a show but I'm hesitant to jump the gun. For me I think I need to gain overall size a bit more, but would like to hear of your guy's opinions. Sorry the picture is a bit blurry. Thanks guys in advance.

Just proves my point that i've been trying to get into people's head in that weight means virtually NOTHING in bodybuilding. Well maybe not nothing as someone that is 130 at 5'10 would never look big or aesthetic but damn OP you def have massive potential and i'd say go for it man!!
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

Thanks guys for the compliments and opinions. I wish though I could be a bit heavier for myself hahaha I feel like 145-150 is too light. I would be happy if I could look like this at 160-155. So there's two options, I live in Greece and there's a show in November which I think I have enough time to diet down for. Or bulk up until April and try a show in May. What do you guys think?

Hmm it's a tough choice. The thing is here in Greece a lot of people sauce it up big time, and I would be mad to put in so much effort to lose to someone who has the edge on me. I could try to feel it out for my first competition, and then afterwards see what I can improve on to bring a better package come May. If only my stubborn shoulders and upper chest would grow more I think it would make me look better.

Are there no tested comps in your area? And yea I am sorry to say that if you are going toe to toe with enhanced competitors you are fighting an uphill battle as you will never be able to come in as polished, full AND shredded as someone on them but that doesn't mean you still can't come in looking amazing and even if you don't place the best it will still give you some experience in competing for the future. Like I said the choice is yours

I'm not too sure I don't know how things work here in Greece to be honest. They may test they may not. But yeah most definitely competing against someone on gear is an uphill battle without a doubt. I guess I can try and see a show to see how the competitors look, bulk up for the fall and winter and try to compete in the spring. It'll give me time to hopefully try and bring up some weak points and improve more.

I think that you're under 10% in your pics. You are in a great place to gain size and strength on a long reverse cut. Why not plan to gain 1kg/month for 6 months and just see where you are. You'll still be lean and give yourself a good 3 months to get cut for a May comp. Also don't consider gear at this stage.... you are nowhere near your max natural potential which would be more like a lean 80kg so why not see what you can achieve with having your training and diet spot on
"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Yeah I think I'm definitely going to hold off the competition and just lean bulk until spring time. I've never really been one to dirty bulk because in the end it's even more work to burn that fat off. But of course not I haven't even considered using gear, too afraid to try it and have no knowledge about it. Plus have a family history of heart problems so that plays a big factor as to why I wouldn't want to even go down that route. You really believe my max potential could be 80kg lean? Hahaha I could never even picture myself weighing that much.

For your height, that weight isn't bad. You look great, even at that weight, since you're at a low body fat.
Good luck on your Men's Physique goal.
If you have a family history of heart problems and take 'gear', then you may end up like most bodybuilders and die of a heart attack. This link may give you a more realistic idea of your max weight to achieve. Understand that the measurements are at 6% body fat.

Thank you for the compliment, but as you know us who build our bodies are never satisfied and always want more. I will check out the link you sent.
I've been training now for 7 years, have always been involved in sports but for lifting weights since I was your age. Yes I've been training naturally this whole aside from supplements of course. If I were to show you a before picture you guys would laugh hahaha

Sorry just now saw you commented deltpecx. No not yet, I went and talked to a few coaches about competing this spring since there'll be some competitions. But I was completed turned off at how they were telling me how I must use some kind of enhancers like peptides and other things. Here in Greece it's weird in order to compete you must be apart of a team, which you have to pay to become a member of, I wish I could just try on my own to see how I would place.

As my friend said to me when he wanted me to compete for the first time with him. I told him I doubted I could get into contest condition. he replied;
"It isn't about winning. It's about doing it."
First you never know who will show up for a show and who won't.
I compete for me. I compete to be better than the previous time. She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.
