well, there's nothing more annoying than someone who you don't train with shouting tips WHILE you're setting-up, it's something I had to learn to ignore over the course of years, I'd be all fuked up by now if I didn't ignore all comments from bystanders. At least wait until she's done with her set, then ask her if she's aware of what she's doing, because more often than not they'll have a good reason for whatever is looking weird to you; and if they're not, you're at a better position to give helpful advice rather than shouting orders while she's setting up and literally already thinking about multiple cues.Originally Posted by Kraken

200lbs is around her max. This chic is 4'8" or 4'10". Yes, her ROM is, literally, only a couple inches, and that's if she uses a medium grip. Said her WC bench was broken in NASA fed. Didn't check on her. Also said she was trying to get in to the USAPL.Originally Posted by Pungiish

On another note, my diet went stale. I lost my motivation to hit 250g protein every day. I am at around 185g these days. Carbs are way up. Getting around 2800-3000 cals per day, which is more than I want, but with the lack of protein, I am a little worried the lack of calories will also cause some strength and muscle loss.

Planning on doing another PL meet in march. It's like 5 minutes from home so why not?
Will likely try to compete at 165, but I may end up lighter or heavier depending on how everything goes.
Would be nice to beat my total lel.

Back on track for me too. Decided to do a minimalistic beginner "powerbuilding" routine since my goal now is increasing lifts.
Loved it and i feel the pump even tho i only did bench, Bor, squats and chinups. Feels amazing bros, also had to clean the bar for squars and almost broke my back and then when i had to drop it from my back the whole ****ty dorm gym shook. Felt like a tremor lol.
Stopped counting my calories because i was in a circle of binging, getting back to 132lbs and binging again. Now i'll just eat, lift, sleep, study and party occasionally. Going to make it.

Well I ended up making it all the way down to 202lbs the day before the show, 205 at weigh ins which was 2 under the minimum. Ended up getting First in my height class and 2nd overall, making me nationally qualified. All I need to do is place 1st or 2nd in mhy height at a national show now to get an ifbb pro card, Ive almost made it boyos! Here is a pic dump of the shreds.
