So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

What's up guys? It's been about two weeks and I've hit my targets everyday so far. I'm actually having a "problem" that I can't seem to eat all of my calculated calories. I'm talking being absolutely stuffed for the night after consuming 2k-2.2k calories for the day. I'm a little concerned, because when I get to the point that my progress stops, I'll be dropping my cals even lower, and that will be a chore. Should I eat more right now as long as I stay under what's calculated, or should I not worry about it. FYI I'm around 300 right now. Goal is 245. I'd guess off the top of my head that the calories aren't really an issue right now when I have so much fat.

I found an excellent cure for the lack of appetite I've had for the last 5 months and it has a side effect of making me thirsty and want to eat til I throw up. It doubles as a sleep aid too. They should market this stuff and let doctors prescribe it. So weird they haven't yet...One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

already counting down the days til i can bulk again and eat freely.
this being out of calories by 7pm is hell but i refuse to break because i dont wanna spend anymore time doing this than i absolutely have toKeep mod discussions out of your sig line

it's actually just sticking to protein/vegetables for food intake, and then drinking.
That's not really practical, easiest thing to do is push a fast well into the day. Break it with a moderate sized high protein meal (say 500 cals or so, chicken breast with green veges works well), then go enjoy yourself in moderation both with food and booze and remain shredding.
