    i like LISS because i can watch shows when doing 45min-1hr sessions. hiit i'm too focused but some people like that, and it goes by faster

    Same as any other type of cardio, burns calories but there's nothing magic about it.

    Pros: Time efficient
    Cons: Can impact recovery (especially on a deficit)

    hiit too hard, rather run 30 minutes. I don't do either, just eat fewer carbs/fats making up the 200 cal difference.

Only dieting down further will remove those last few areas, but it isn't worth it unless you're stepping onto a BBing stage. You are plenty lean and look solid AF (no homo) in your avi.

    I believe this. Cardio is catabolic. I think it does do more for your BMR than just the calories you burn during the session though. I cut on keto through the week and on sat/sun I'll eat muh carbs and booze. Actually may not now that football season is almost over

    Go do some damn cardio and listen to it while you are doing the cardio.

    Seriously, I always listen to health and fitness podcasts when I do long cardio, and out of every podcast I have ever listened to THIS one was one of the best and most useful.

    I like doing LISS on uphill walking the most, otherwise when I am in prep I do a mixture of HIIT and Cardio throughout the week, usually 4 sessions of HIIT and 10 of LISS

In a relaxed front pose, my chest looks the same as it was 15-20lbs heavier, same with my lower back.
