that's almost impossible unless drugs, gaining muscle and fat in a 1:1 ratio is considered good for a natural. That said, fat gain over the period of your lean bulk will go back on in reverse order of the spots in which you lost it on your previous cut. Only dieting down further will remove those last few areas, but it isn't worth it unless you're stepping onto a BBing stage. You are plenty lean and look solid AF (no homo) in your avi.

Go do some damn cardio and listen to it while you are doing the cardio.
Seriously, I always listen to health and fitness podcasts when I do long cardio, and out of every podcast I have ever listened to THIS one was one of the best and most useful.
I like doing LISS on uphill walking the most, otherwise when I am in prep I do a mixture of HIIT and Cardio throughout the week, usually 4 sessions of HIIT and 10 of LISS**worthless college major crew**
