me and the coach decided its best for me to bulk up to 260-270 by the end of january and then start cutting for april shows/nationals in june. I am finding it pretty hard to bulk this time because I feel guilty just eating a bite of cake or brownie on a non cheat day. Luckily my weight, strength, and size seem to be soaring up. I am at 245-247 in weight, hovering around 10-12% bf, which is nice since at my show I was 205lbs, just 2 months ago. I hit a pretty badass PR the other day and did 1000lbs on leg press for 10 reps with solid depth. Strength has been going up so much though its starting to kill my joints.

My new concoction; Halo Top, Salted caramel, PB or Vanillia whey, banana, Carb Master milk (has 50% more protein than reg milk) and make it a milkshake.
BTW, you peasants like my new daily driver?

of course. I say daily driver because I bought this thing to actually drive it every day. Had a Supercharged Mustang previously that never got driven because I didn't want to put miles on it. Lesson learned. I am buying cars to enjoy and drive them now. Resale value? Psh! Not driving your car because of mileage increases is like not fookin your GF because you want to save her for the next guy

Shoulder is still banged up, but I started another training block. Skipping the pressing movements until I'm confident I can do them pain free.
There's a powerlifting meet about 5 mins away from me in march that I'd like to do. Depending on the shoulder recovery, I may take a token bench attempt and just go for a big squat and deadlift.
Hit squats last night and got 350x1 rpe 7 and 270x8 for 3 sets @ rpe 7-8 yesterday. Really like the strength my squat has kept after such a long layoff.Everyone can talk chit on the internet until they encounter a 6'7 framed Dorian Yates barndoor boeing747 turtle back freak of nature who drives over 200+ on the autobahn

I like it but I have a very negative view towards their company. They advertise it as "healthy" ice cream but it is basically just regular ice cream, theres nothing super special about it when you look at the ingredients. Yeah they managed to make it low calorie but its still just milk, sugar, some salt, and flavorings, its not like it has outstanding magical macronutrients or THAT low of calories when you really add up how many servings are in each tub and how much actual food it is. I wouldnt touch the stuff if I was cutting, blowing 400 calories on ~20g protein and leaving not very satisfied. I could bang out some chicken, a protein cookie/bar AND some veggies for 400 calories and be much more satisfied or a full plate of protein waffles/pancakes.

U wot? If you don't like it, fine. But its 240-360 calories for an entire pint w/ 24 g protein compared to something like BnJ at 800-1200 calories. I'd call that pretty low calories/high protein and it actually tastes good compared to artic zero ice water. Not sure why the hate for the company though, they meet what they claim imo

Just saw this...
I think you're reading into this a bit too much bro.
It's advertised as low calorie ice cream....which it is..about 1/3 the calories for the most calorie dense pints they offer.
Having distaste for the halo top company is like having distaste for any other company that offers "reduced fat/carb" products, most of which are darn near the same calories as the original product...Ie reduced fat cheez its, fat free ice creams, etc.
Its just ice cream lol
Also, not everyone is so invested in this game that they weigh out the satiety factors and avoid every food that doesn't have the macros they desire.
