i might go out for deer season this year. Last year I did well during turkey season but it's been 5-6 years since i've gone for a deer.

i got banned so i started a groupme chat for myself and a couple others that I was helping ITT with some chit (namely mh22), then a bunch of bros joined and stopped posting ITT


at one point there were like 25 dudes in there chatting 24/7...now theres like 8 that still are in there but most havent returned here.




still dunno where nikky, applecat, bob, etc from previous volumes have gone.



and it wasnt just me.


some ketobrah kept sucking his own dick and posting nonsense but ignored people when they called him out. that was right around the time the thread died this spring

Working, about to head to the gym from work, got some legs to do(prep workouts are just light weight massive reps though, no muscle breakdown obviously due to defecit) then another hour of cardio and home to some egg whites and oats.

Classic physique is max weight 207lbs for someone 5'11" < 6'. over 6' to 6'1'' is 212. Yes I had to sacrifice a lot of muscle and strength but I have no desire to do real bodybuilding bodybuilding, specially because I would be in the heavyweight class. I am pretty large when I bulk thought hats for sure.

I am quite confident now I will make weight since I was 214 this morning and 7lbs of water weight is definitely normal and I still have a week to drop weight.

Tomorrow is my cousins wedding though open bar and catered by a fancy restaurant, gonna be tough but will stay strong bras.

Start my water loading too tomorrow then dwindle down

I do the same with all social media. Every now and then I take a break. I was off FB for a year at one time. Felt good. Thinking I might do the same until the elections are over and old news...if that's possible. I have a feeling this one won't be old news for a few years.

Dasitmane. Life has sped up significantly for myself as well. More serious with the GF now, decent little "promotion" at work, night class, etc. Makes it hard to do much anymore.


The cut was going full steam till 1.5 weeks ago when I had 3 birthdays in 9 days lol.

My own birthday last week and two of my m9s. Lots of drinking and bar food but hey, we on track.

Down about 17lbs from my meet 9 weeks ago and still rolling ahead.

Seems I've been at that 15-17 number for about 3 weeks but it's all good

Had a chic flip out on me today. 25 yo girl that PLs. She's actually quite strong too. She's under 5 ft tall, 42kg, and benches around 200lbs. Been tlaking to her a lot lately, and she seems very nice, although, well, young.

Anyway, I saw her deadlifting. She had it loaded pretty heavy, about 245, and I noticed her rolling her back a bit and hips weren't rolling forward. Light heartedly, I said "Get those hips under you!". She immediately walked up to me and said "Until you have credentials, don't be criticizing my lifts. I have set two world records, have you?"

Then she just keeps talking to her, Bert staring her te entire time. Kept saying how she has coaches to do that for her and that I am not qualified in any way to help her out. Now I made the gym a hostile workout environment and this needs to be a place of focus for her.

Dis bish went straight cray cray. I apologized for damage control, but just ended it with "Don't make assumptions about people you barely know." 15 years of lifting and making some pretty incredible friendships along the way, ranging from Pro BBers, to Pro PLers, from Pro football players to world class and olympic BJJ and Judoka. I have even had the opportunity to train with these guys for periods of time to learn from them. Hell, I grew up with a father that was a world class PLer that worked out and competed at York Barbell.

I Kept all that stuff to myself though. Just told her not to assume anything, and it made her even more chitty.
