Wtf brahs, I've gone from 5'11 195 lbs to 170 lbs and still look exactly the fckn same. Just smaller. At least when I was fat, my arms and chest looked big, now I'm just getting skinnier with no extra vascularity or abdominals showing. On the plus side my lifts haven't dropped too much
Is it even worth going down to 150 lbs or so to be shredded? Cause that's what'll take.

have you had any refeeds or anything/are you on a big defecit and very depleted? i find my mind really messes with me when i'm depleted and then when i have a refeed i fill out a bit/ vascularity comes in and notice the progress more. Also if you're currently at a relatively high bf% it may be that you're just not noticing much change in definition yet even though you are dropping fat and you just need to keep pushing until you're low enough to really notice the changes. just what I've found from my personal experience it may not work that way with you, as Kraken said pictures would help
usually when i start dieting i actually look worse for a period of time due to being so damn depleted and it's not until i either get really lean or start eating higher cals again/have a refeed that i actually start looking betterLast edited by gozenbo; 05-18-2017 at 05:43 PM.

Diet starts Monday (srs) 5-week cut, deficit af
Getting yucky tomorrow, then prob hangover binging on Sunday, then Monday getting on the grind
starting off at 2.4k cals.
Going to count cals, my results will be maximized
Most likely will do 20-30mins of stairmaster after every workout, still not sure if to take EC or not, hunger will be real tea without it most likely

Finally dropped the sodium bloating from eating a couple brats two nights ago. I was up 5lbs and waist was up an inch. LMAO! WTF? I Panicked at first because I didn't put the two together from eating the bratwursts and boating. Waist is back down to 33" today.

Hit a 300 front squat at peak fatness to start my cut. Been in and out of a deficit due to being in and out of injury and thus less than motivated to diet. But this was my first week back lifting in a while to I went for it.
Inb4 the plate on the inside isn't a 45
