Two weeks left. I am starting to see now that I need to work on abs a bit more, but I also think that I am not as dry as I could be either. I started carb cycling this week, which will help.

Which is ironic, because my bench sucks. 245-265 for 6-8 for a solid, slow pace. It fluctuates between that weight and reps.
I started hitting shoulders harder too. My rear delta are good, my my medial and front are not great. I have had shoulder pain/injuries for years, which has prevented me from really building them up and getting strong. Several weeks ago I started doing them really high volume to see if I can make up for the lack of intensity. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

6'2" and 204lbs. I lack mass in my legs, so my weight is a bit low for how my upper body looks. Working on that though. After multiple knee injuries, almost total reconstructive (ACL, meniscus, deformed/ripped cartilage), it's taking me a very, very long time to build them back up.

Checking back in
Basically dreamer bulked for 6 days while I was in NY, ate whatever I wanted. Was gonna stay 'strict' but decided there was too much I wanted to enjoy/sample in order for me to remain in a deficit. Or even at maintenance lol.. anyway, somehow haven't gained an ounce (guessing it was the amount of walking we did each day) and my abs actually felt more defined at one point. Back to normal now, might drop to about 1500-1600 for this week cause I'm away again at the weekend
And nice work Kraken! ^^^**Northern crew**

I have gone about 12-14 weeks of hard dieting to prepare for a trip to Disney with the family. When we get there, I am eating and doing whatever the hell I want!! We are going to be walking in the heat all day day, so I should be burnin enough calories that a relaxed diet won't destroy me. Besides, what's a vacation if you don't relax and have fun?
After, I'll make sure I am back down to the original number and then cruise through summer. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

Still ashamed I stopped lifting and working out for so long ... and that I put on so much weight. College can be a real bish
Going to LA with my dad and sister for Memorial Day Weekend, and my friend who lives in SD may come hang for an evening. Zero doubt this'll fuk my cut up, but oh well. The extra walking will help to offset it hopefully. May try to just eat at maintenance and keep sodium low.

i truly never understood why people who don't make a living off their body diet on vacation.
Truly, unless you sneak several boxes of cookies from the hotel lounge and eat them while everyone else is asleep, theres actually very little damage (overall) a week can do to your physique. You'll bloat up from the water that comes with eating lots of food, but if you're an adult getting drunk all week, you won't hold the water. problem solved.Everyone can talk chit on the internet until they encounter a 6'7 framed Dorian Yates barndoor boeing747 turtle back freak of nature who drives over 200+ on the autobahn

Well I guess I'm done.
2 weeks ago hospitalized for pancreatitis.. since then on liquid diet and high carb ultra low fat diet. Have to eat small meals every hour or two or else I start feeling sick. Started feeling sick last night at work, puked all night long.
Been bloated constantly..
Feel sick and still working cause I got bills to pay so my gym time is miserable.
I could try to diet still counting calories and just eating constantly small low cal meals, but honestly I dieted down pretty hard and body is messed up. Might just lean bulk for a little bit. Really I just have the symptoms need to see some doctors and see if its gallstones or whatever, but all I know is I am messed up atm.APF Summer Bash 08/14

I have been there so many times, brother. It's demotivating and defeating at times. I battle with gastritis, which gives me similar issues; nausea, fatigue, almost like I'm anemic, diarrhea, and I have to go back to a low protein, GI friendly diet to get it to clear up. It has hit me three times now, and can take months to recover from.
I Have found something that helps tremendously. It helps kill the nausea, loss of appetite, and even the anxiety that is associated with getting sick like this. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.
