cant just get bronkaid over the counter there? If not, it really really is not worth making a trip to anywhere for some ECA. No fat burning stim is reaaallllly that great in the long run. If it is easy, accessible, and cheap i say why not but I would never go out of my way for one. Trust me I have done them all many times(except dnp) and none of them really have any great effect on you. IT is far more just about diet and exercise

Finally have visible abs without flexing and veins popping all over my body, maybe like a day or two more and I'll be done with my cut. Not hungry at all but constantly thinking about food and feeling cold af due to low bodyfat% sucks
How do you guys reverse out of the cutting phase without eating everything in sight and gaining all the lost fat back in 2 days?

My mind is pretty much screaming for food yet I don't really feel hungry, I can just imagine once I start upping calories I will feel even more mentally hungry
Sorry, got no recent pics
Being shredded is not worth it, I'm so food focused I can't really concentrate on anything properly, I can't even imagine a true bodybuilder contest shape, holy fuk those guys are mental

That's how it was for me during the end of my cut. Didn't even think about sex that much, just food lol. I was miserable, few things are worse than going to bed hungry every night for weeks on end. I'd tease myself by scrolling through fast food restaurants' websites looking at all the desserts and knowing I couldn't have them srs.

Started cutting recently, started tracking macro and calories four days ago
Had wings (sauceless) from dominos last night
Weighed in at my lowest since I started tracking and daily weigh ins
Averaging about 2,100 calories a day the past four days, with a deficit average of 1,750.
Goal for the first 1/3-1/2 of summer is averaging 1,500 calorie deficit, and then move closer to 1,000 for the rest (till the end of August)
Is there any reason for me to not order wings from bdubs tonight? I'm doing IF so all my calories are from 3:30-11:30 (16-8 for now). All I've had is a banana ~100 calories. Large boneless w my sauce is 1620 calories, or 1460 for boned wings. Could do the 1460 + 100 cal nana. Would give me about 540 calories left for the night to have chicken breasts, vegetables, whatever. Any negative to having more wings?

I did that last year. Hovered around 12% and just enjoyed the summer. Brb, still leaner than 90% of the population and not always hungry.
As for not gorging and getting fat after a diet, increase your calories by 200 calories for the first week or two, then another 100-200. Don't make it all carbs immediately either. Increase fats and carbs to accomplish this, then slow lower fats back down and carbs back up. You should be close to your maintenance by that point. If you gorge immediately, your hunger will hit you really hard and will become hard to resist. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

whys that? My macros seem fine...
I'm also in a lot worse shape than I've been because I haven't really lifted or counted, I got lazy this entire school year.. and part of last year
I figured I could start with a 3lb/week deficit for until my internship starts (bout 2-2.5 weeks till then) and then taper down to more like a 1000 cal deficit. This is obviously combining cardio and food, not just a food deficit. Also with the supplements I'm using, I'm hungry, but not like starving or anything like that, feel pretty good thus far actually.

there are about 100 reasons why you should not be having buffalo wings on a regular basis just because you are in a deficit and doing IF. The fact that you even ask that makes me not want to respond because you clearly have done no real research and are just following the basic principle you read/heard somewhere
JFC guy, you are starting off with a moderate to high deficit coming from taking time off and being lazy. You are doing it so wrong. Focus more on macros and not calories and get into a regular gym and workout routine for a few months, pack back on some mass and strength, then worry about cutting.**worthless college major crew**

To the first part - true. I've never been at the point before, so I wasn't sure if it'd be bad to do early in my cut. In the past when I started my cut, I was never this bf%. Mass and strength isn't an issue. Majority (not all) of my muscle is still there, and my strength is still fine (squatting 365x7, bench 315x3, incline 260x5, deadlift in mid 400s for reps). Weaker than I used to be, but I'm also not playing sports anymore so strength isn't a huge concern to me.
Macros average has been ~200g protein, 185g carbs, and 70g fats. It's not perfect, but it doesn't seem horrible (unless I am missing something), but sodium seems high at 3900mg average (wings def raised average). The issue is in the past for sports and the 2 competitions I did, I did really simple diets, and really liked keto but it isn't something I want to do again unless I get to low digits....
Forreal any help you can provide through here or DMs would be amazing (if not that's cool)
