Assessment:
You have bulked up to 165lbs from what weight? If at your current weight, after a cut, you feel you might be 'small', then don't do it. The pictures only grant us so much justice to give you advice. By muscularity, you don't seem to be 'bulky', but you are holding onto some body-fat. Be patient with yourself.
Goal:
I'm 5'10, and at 196lbs. Go midgets! Perhaps you can attempt to achieve 170-175. Pace yourself, remain consistent and focused.
Motivation:
Why are you training? Just to bulk up and cut? Aesthetics? A sport? I promise if you remain health-oriented, your results will be more satisfying and much more lasting. Don't look for a quick way out. Incorporate training into health and lifestyle. If you do play a sport, that's great! You can use the motivation to play better in your training.
Tips:
1.) Continue to eat with feasible variety right above maintenance. Supplement only when necessary. Attempt to hit 170-175 within 3 months.
2.) If you compose your shape to a level where you are happy, then, by your choice, begin to slowly restrict calories, week by week to lose the excess body-fat. Pace yourself. (Ex. If you are at 15%, give yourself 3 months, DOM, to achieve 10%)
3.) Stay postive and consistent. Remember to sleep well.
