I find it difficult to pull out but I succeed every time, always feels like a close call coz if I don't do enough strokes I have this weird half orgasm that feels ****ing odd like an almost sneeze. I've raw dogged up to 3x with pullout each time, possibly infertile (hopefully) but I usually pee in between anyway so that may help.
