So if I took a 2 week break from lifting after about 6 months of heavy lifting, would I come back stronger or would I have lost muscle mass? My sleep and food would be spot on those 2 weeks. What about a month or something, any stories?

6 months then a 2 week break is too long of working out. My blast was 6 weeks now I'm doing 1 week of really light weight then the next week is completly off, then im starting my second blast.
I went to the gym got under the squat rack and during my warm ups I just felt really sore so I knew it was time to give me body a rest.I reached my goal of 180... so where to now I don't know maybe 190 maybe 170. I think 190
