This, good thing i realized this, for the last 3year i was sitting at 10%, usually a shet mood because i had to constantly keep carbs to a minimum to maintain bodyfat
now im sitting at 15-16% and i feel amazing, and receive a much positive feedback in social interaction with both female and male.
In the end if you have the social awareness of a 12year old being shredded wont save you.
Though i did enjoy my years of being shredded dont get me wrong because i am egotistical, as with most people that workout.***Misc Lean Bulk Crew***

DEXA scans can be off as much as 5% (+/-).
There are guys that can be upwards of 14-15% BF and still have visible abs if they are of the large blocky variety, fat distribution, etc.
Truly any of these arguments about he has to be this or that BF% are retarded. I saw a guy that had a DEXA done that is leaner than Kinobody and the guys in this thread and it gave him a reading of 10%.Heaviest: 350lbs, 45% BF

they can be if the machine isn't calibrated properly. But ~5%? LOL. we're talking within 1% variance here. It is up there being one of the most scientifically accurate methods to date.
I agree, kinobody didn't look lean at all in that vid and it seemed suspect, wouldn't be surprised if it was all staged
I've had a few done. my first one, I had visible abs, chest seperation, etc. had kids on the misc telling me I was 12-14%. Did the scan, came back just under 20% lol

Because being 10% requires effort. Unless you are in high school, staying at or below 10% requires constant diligence.
People thought I was lean at 14-15% body fat. This is when I was also 230 lbs, so the mass helped.

DEXA: The Verdict
Despite the fact that DEXA represents a 3-compartment model, its error rates are no better than hydrostatic weighing, and in some cases is worse. Like other techniques, DEXA does well when looking at group averages, but not so well when looking at individuals. Individual error rates tend to hover around 5%, although some studies have shown error rates as high as 10%.Heaviest: 350lbs, 45% BF

some random blog doesn't counter the mountain of science behind the dexa scan technique. he only quoted two random studies ffs lol
also, pull one of the 2 studies cited by the blog author ". We conclude that body composition estimates from DEXA are accurate compared with those from a four-component model in young adults who vary in gender, race, athletic status, body size, musculoskeletal development, and body fatness.}

Looks to me more like 12%, there just isn't the level of definition in the delts, bis and tries (smaller muscles) you'd expect at 10%. That said, the blond Hitler-hair guy certainly has worked the living **** out of his abs, so I can see why someone might think he's lower than 12%. His chest is lean and defined but more like 12% defined and not really the level you'd see at 10% either.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
