Honestly - does not matter. Pick any proven routine and stick with it. The first 2 years all of them will work as long as you progress on your lifts. Make sure you add weight/reps every week and keep eating at a slight surplus. Aim for a 1lbs a week until you reach a goal. Set a goal if you didn't. Say 215lbs. Once you reach that goal, adjust the food intake to lose/cut 1lbs a week. Remember to keep adjusting the diet every 2 weeks or so as your requirements change with weight. Rinse and repeat 2-3 times. Should take about 2 years. Then cut one last time and switch to a much slower bulk, maybe at a rate of 1-2lbs a month.
At some point (aprx 6 month) switch from a full body routine to upper/lower. Stay there for another 6 month, or indefinitely (as you wish), but try 3 day PPL split at some point 1- 1.5 years into it. After about 2 years+ you can try the Bro split. After trying all of that in time, you will have a good idea what feels better to you and what works best. Keep in mind that as a beginner you will experience your biggest gains in these 2 years, after that it will slow down quote significantly. Make sure to account for that as you decide what works. Truth is - all splits "work", it is a matter of finding the best one to suit your lifestyle and continue to progress on your lifts, grates much slower then at first.
Track your workouts in a phone app. It is easy to do and will help a lot in making sure you progress. Make sure your either track calories, Macros or simply make up a diet of same foods to eat day in and day out. Make sure the diet is balanced and rich in protein.
It is rather simple considering you are a healthy individual and not preparing to go on stage, that's where it will get tricky.
