It could simply be the exit wound on chest. There is no way to know until that camera footage is looked at or CSI do their investigation. If the victim turned around the cops have a case, if not, he's in trouble.

The only way he could possibly be "in trouble" is if he has zero clue that the guy had a weapon, but thats a stretch because the dude was probably running with the gun in his hand unless he had a holster, which would be extremely surprising because most criminals don't have weapons in holsters.

All that officer has to do is articulate why he thought the person presented an immediate threat.

There are a tons of instances where police kill or shoot someone and its unwarranted. This is indisputable.

The problem is now the BLM movement doesnt look at each case objectively and seek to protest the actual unjust ones. Instead, they hear black person killed and immediately riot regardless of the guilt of that person.
