Phase 8 or Body fortress

As stated im starting to take whey protein to help me along my journey. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on these. They are both at Walmart, the phase 8 is less in sugar but the body fortress is also 2 2lb jugs for 30 dollars. Just seeing what everyones thoughts were

I will typically go with pes select or Tasty Whey by Adaptogen Science. Both quality protein powders. We actually are giving away a 5lbs tub of Tasty Whey tomorrow in the company promo section. We do this weekly.

You're better off just buying some extra milk or some other food seeing as Wal Mart has those on the cheap and those protein powders aren't worth the money.

Of those 2 I would say Phase8 I actually liked it in shakes with water which isn't common for me.

well.....Body Fortress is the only protein brand that I know of that makes "peanut butter and jelly" flavor

Thanks for giving Phase 8 a shot man. Most people who have tried it really like the flavoring.

I would chose of those two phase 8. I think it's definitely better quality than the body fortress. Flavors are better as well.

Phase 8 is the way to go out of those two man. Good choice.

BF was the first protein supp I bougth when i started lifting. At the time I thought it was great but as time went on and I got smarter in my training and nutrition the mroe I see it's spiked with filler and it's pretty below average protein. Phase 8 although not the best is a much more viable option. You're better off getting a regular Muscle tech whey protein imho.

Strawberry is probably my favorite one. It teeters back and forth between that and white choclate.

I got the phase 8, Bodybuilding had a nice sale on it got chocolate and vanilla. Was at my house next day too with regular shipping so. Vanilla is soo good, def got to get some berries or bananas to mix in with it. Chocolate.....maybe i didnt mix it up enough because my blender broke but it was ok lol.

Next time you order from bb.com look at other proteins, there are about a billion better choices here. Just look around the forum, and when you make a thread, make sure you ask for non-reps opinions or you will be slammed by every rep pimping their companies products.

Will do, like i said though i am just starting. I know i wasnt getting enough protein in daily so i went with a shake. just trying new things and that. Joined a gym and the owner was a competition builder so he got me on my fitnesspal and is monitoring my intake and getting me on a program. He is going to perfect my lifts first though, apparently even at 100 lb tricep pull it doesnt do anything unless you do it right lol

Out of those 2 choices I recommend phase8 looks like they 'cleaned' up the profile. The Chocolate PB was great but i dont see it on the flavour option anymore.

Many like it because it is pretty thick and very filling. It will turn into pudding if you leave it in the fridge for a few hours.

Another vote for Phase 8, some of the best flavoring I've had in a Protein by far.
