Is this real life? thats like signing away your prime years to live with your mother. I bet it dries up pussy real quick. "inb4 i'm saving up money", yeah your saving money and your virginity. The biggest turn off for women is a dependant man who lives with their parents.
Chick: "We' can chill down your house today"
You: "I-I'll ask my m-mother"
LMAO, whats the point. If you can't afford your own place (even if its ****) by 21 you're playing life wrong.

No AVI is about the same as living with your parents.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Miscers with no avi don't lift, have confidence issues, socially retarded and happen to still live with their parents. This isn't a coincidence.
Just LOL if you aren't moved out the moment you graduate High School.

You know how kids graduate high school and right away go into massive debt? That is by design because if were all responsible it would fuk our debt based currency.
Creating a world where families are fractured in as many ways as possible ensures that pooling of resources is NOT a typical family.
My kids will leave home when they are ready. My wife left home in her late 20s after she got her 2nd Master's degree (in economics). She went on to be an economic teacher at the college level.
If you are worried about serious dating while you do not have the resources to move out yet you have some stupidly disorganized priorities.Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

just so everyone is aware op has made several of these threads and most likely lives at home or maybe just moved out. in one thread he even made up some ridiculous story about how he 'found out' a coworker lived at home.
edit. here is the thread. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=171820293
i called him out several times in that thread and he ignored it.

Well I am saving for a house of my own which I have a term deposit account for. But I'm 21 mate, I won't be moving out until I'm about 25 or I meet a girl. Until then I am going to continue spending a couple hundred every week on things I want, and drinking beer and going camping and getting fuked up with my mates. Live while you are young, no need to become a wage slave at 21 mate. Come on, gotta enjoy your life while you have it.

Um... actually, brah? You're the one that sounds like the tradie here. Ain't no STEM dumb enough to think moving out of their rent-free parents house is a good idea, when they are 21 (probably still in college) with a massive pile of student loans to pay off. I didn't move out of my parent's house until I was 25 and never felt any shame about it.
TRADIE DETECTED!

That's smart.
And a cool chick won't give a ****. A smart chick will appreciate it.
Just be sure to save.
I know a couple of dip****s who live with their parents for years while working decent jobs and they haven't saved anything.
I would save enough to put a 20% down payment on a decent home in the area.

I don't see how anyone can look in their parents mirror in the morning and say, "I'm gonna make it." with a straight face.
Next logical conclusion by the teen misc. is sleeping in their parents bed to save money on not buying one, not having to wash their sheets.
"why get a gf when my mom jerks me off?"
If you want to save money start wearing your dad's clothes when he's done with them. Wipe your ass with your hand to save on toilet paper. Live at home forever, fuk it, why pay rent, when your parents are cool and chill.
"why do my laundry, when my mom does it without complaining? she's chill."
"why go out for drinks when i can sit in my parent's basement for nothing and drink 40s?"
"why talk to people in public when they are all just dumb and ignorant sheep?"
Honestly, where is the line drawn?
"why start my own business when I can just work for my dad?"
"why buy a car when I can lease one?"

I found that if you have a goal, you might not reach it. But if you don't have one, then you are never disappointed. And I gotta tell ya, it feels phenomenal.
