I've been living out in Chiang Mai, Thailand for a couple of years.
I know a lot of people visit Thailand for the cheap food, anabolic chicken and the opportunity to get massive.
They have some wicked gyms. Just put up a video of my local gym, hope you like it.

That looks about a million times better than what I thought it would be.

Nice looking gym. Spent a month in Thailand a few years ago and was in Chiangmai for New Year's Eve. It was an amazing trip and can't wait to get back to Asia.

Nice video 2 guns. Very cool gym. I haven't been in more then 2 real commercial gyms on the last decade, but that kills the la fitness and other crap chain gym I let friends coerce me interested working out with them in. Lots of equipment amd didn't look like a lot of waiting. I would love the variety in that gym, but at the end of the day I couldn't ever replace the experiance of a good, well equipped home gym. I do get motivated to add a few extra pieces when I see stuff like that. Thanks for taking the time to show a really cool gym. If I had to join a commercial gym, that would be the type I would like, crisp load of equipment amd no frills!

lol...head over to thailand and act tough...see how that works out for you. Rule of thumb when a foreigner is in thailand...never pick a fight with any local thai no matter what the situation is...just walk away. They'll swarm you without a moments notice. They're worse than...well you know..those people we cant speak of because of the pc society we now live in.

In any Asian country. Remember, they might be small, but a lot of martial arts originated from these countries. Japan (Karate, Judo), China (Kung Fu), Thailand (Kickboxing), Korea (Taekwondo), Indonesia (Pencak Silat), Philippines (Stick fighting, knives and close range gun fighting, usually 45 ACP). The jacked up ones are bodybuilders who do martial arts, or martial artists who do bodybuilding.

so which countries do you guys pick when you want to go picking random fights with local people? are you guys sure it's the martial arts that apparently people are born knowing or that you seem to think everyone learns? or do you think that possibly, POSSIBLY, acting like an ******* and starting fights is going to get your **** ****ed up no matter where you are?

Oh, I've had my share of random fights in the Philippines; where I was born. At least there, Arnis / Escrima is required learning for high school. I heard it's similar in Japan and Korea. I'm not sure about the others. China seems to produce more entrepreneurs and self-employed people. The richest Filipinos have Chinese ancestry.
And of course, if military service is rendered, they pick up a thing or two even if they don't stay.
Now for those of us who carry (or used to), I'm almost pretty sure you guys don't pick fights anymore, fights don't pick you either, and you generally avoid sticky situations. But maintain a 1.5 second draw.
Which is still too slow if you are ever a target.
