I stay at the gym for an hour, plus a 15 minutes bike ride their and back.
My workout consists of 30 minutes of Dumbbell Military press standing, Bicep curls, bench press, then a 5 minutes of leg workouts just to give my upper body a chance to recover a bit. Then I do the military press, bicep curls and bench press again for 30 minutes.
I am 16, 5'10, 183lbs.
I am trying to stay around the same weight, but lose some fat and gain more muscle
It seems like it is working, at least for gaining muscle, I have been able to do pull ups, I was not able to do any before.
Any tips on how I can improve it?

Do I spend enough time at the gym? And is my workout good?

The problem isn't only spending an hour at the gym. The problem is your workout is poppycock.
You can't help the hopeless.
