I was looking at some old post and I saw that fittnesman was eating a couple weeks normal and a couple weeks keto i have been on keto for almost four months so I need a brake.
my plan is to eat low gi carbs moderately and moderate protein and low good fats for four weeks. I would be eating a little above maintence nothing major.and then go on keto for two weeks and keep it strict
would i put on on fat making that transiton from keto to normal diet. every four weeks?

How can you do 4 weeks normal diet and 2 weeks keto diet.
