I'm not saying he owes her, she chose to be with him, just clarifying that support meant financially, not "10 mins of cleaning".

The fact that he doesn't owe her doesn't make him less of a piece of chit though. Misc would be raging if it was a woman living off her husband for years, who had suddenly came in to money and fked off to somewhere better forgetting about her kids (to be fair obviously there are a lot of miscers against it in this case as well, but there would be no one sticking up for her if it was the other way around).
