acne scarring crew checking in
Something that may or may not be legal in your country (mods pls delete if not allowed) is a popular pigment-boosting peptide which i have found yielded phenomenal results for overall complexion and skin improvement
Besides that i am 22 and have the skin of a much older man, wrinkles all over my forehead cheeks and nose. Dark circles around my eyes and hyperpigmentation (dark spots) on my lower lip. But idgaf i have learnt to embrace it.

You're skin 100% looks like the average persons.
Skin care regiments always make me lol, aren't they shown mostly to be ineffective and diet matters more than anything else?Belief without evidence is a fools game.

no there are clinical studies on the main things like Vit c, retinoids, hyalauronic acid, and obviously sun protection. pretty large differences actually.
Diet might be more significant but that should be under control too. Vit C and Retin-a have well documented effects.Last edited by Insanity_SC; 07-31-2016 at 05:08 PM.

Guys I have mentioned this before, but the key to quality skin is vitamin C. Lots and lots of it. Lysine too. Both make collagen which is what skin is made out of. Humans are one of only 3 animals in the world that do not make vit C in their bodies. Most animals make from 5-15 grams PER DAY. We are lucky if we consume 150 mgs per day.
As such we suffer from all kinds of issues that most animals do not. Heart disease. Cancer. Immunity issues. Skin issues. Mostly because of this lack of vitamin C, our cells are in a constant state of low grade scurvy. This causes massive inflammation in our bodies and that is bad.
My twin brother had heart disease (heart attack, stents, 3 blockages in arteries) and it was completely reversed by a regiment of 15-20 grams of C per day, and about 8 grams of lysine and proline....amino acids. There is NO OTHER DRUG or therapy in the world that can presently do that. I started this 4 years ago and and have not been sick one day since, and my skin is amazing. Cannot recommend enough.
I get about 10 grams a day in pill asorbic acid C form, and the other 5-8 in the pre workouts and BCAA mix at www.c-fitlife.com. 3 grams in each dose.

Excellent post OP.
I 3rd the comment of African Shea Butter. This will have your skin so baby soft and smooth and young
Vitamin C is GOAT. Right now I use Ole Hendrickson's Truth Serum. l
Chemical Exfoliants -Daily use of Sunday Riley's Good Genes and Luna Oil. Luna has retinol overnight, doesn't irritate the skin as much. You use that and you put Good Genes which is a lactic acid treatment you can used every day. If you has senstive skin you don't use it every day but the stuff evens out your skin, softens, makes the texture of your skin nice and supple look
Daily SPF and Moisturizer Josie Maran. 100% Argan Oil hnnnnng.
Of course you drink lots of water, healthy fats, and always use that damn spf!
Fresh face soft skin
You get used to the routines and its so worth it
Oh yeah, this isn't cheap.
eta: when your man's a cheeky kunt who says none of this matter but applies $90 face oil liberally and has goat hair gleaming with you hair products

I used to get painful acne bumps especially around my nose and chin area. Here's what I do and now I have smooth, flawless skin.
- Drink plenty of fluids, mostly water and green tea and no soda whatsoever
- Moisturise daily, sometimes twice daily because I have one for morning and one for night.
- Avoid greasy food, and limit dairy intake. Srs, excessive milk and cheese consumption when I was "bulking" ruined my skin and caused drastic acne breakouts on my face. Cutting down to almost no dairy works like magic.
- Workout heaps. For some reason, it seems to help

Some people have good genes and don't have to worry about this. Most people with acne problems/breakouts and just crappy skin tho, this won't do **** if they're diet is crap. The most important thing is to address diet first and make sure you're drinking lots of water. If your body is toxic its gonna detox itself thru the pores of your skin and besides hormones, where else do you think these breakouts come from? Starts from within the body. if your diet is ****, you don't drink enough water, and/or you have crappy genes or a poor detoxer etc, addressing the oil on the skin and neglecting where it comes from won't do much. You're just dressing the symptom.
Oh and african black soap, aloe vera juice, alcohol free witch hazel and an occasional mask are all I need
