ADVICE NEEDED: Premature Ejaculation is ruining my relationship...HELP

Hi,

I am 20 years old and suffer from premature ejaculation.
I have had sex with 3 different partners over the span of 5 years.

In the past 6 months that I have been sleeping with my girlfriend my premature ejaculation is starting to put a real downer on our sex life.
I can last from oral and a handjob(sometimes) but as soon as it turns into sex, I can be anywhere between a 2 pump chump to 90 seconds if she's lucky.

Pulling out, waiting 30 seconds doesn't work because as soon as I go back in, I'm ready to ejaculate almost instantly again.

I have googled the HELL out of this

Solutions that will almost definitely work:

1) Low dose SSRIs, if you can manage to finish on those things you are a hero. They are prescribed of label for this now.
2) Kratom. I basically could not finish after taking it, ever. Heavy long term use (like, every day) does kill your sex drive temporarily though.

How quick before you can go for round 2? Maybe you can bust and then keep going soon after.

I've been trying to crack down on meditation - saw some good benefits from it originally years ago but never stuck with it. Do you use any app or just set a timer and do it? Have a time of day preference?

OP - the key as I've learned is to try and figure out your scale, with 0 being no arousal and 10 being completely aroused, as well as your erection, with 0 being not erect and 10 being you're busting a nut....the goal is to stay at around a 7 or 8 on both. This takes time to learn and being at one number on one scale is not the same as being on the other.

This post above has it right as well - you need to kegel (probably some reverse kegels as well) AND meditate to help learn to focus/get in the moment. Once you can start to figure out where you are in terms of your erection (10 being cumming, 9 being any next sensation will put you into a 10...so basically the point of no return, etc. etc.) then you will be able to control/stop yourself before reaching a 9 or 10.

That's where the meditation/focus helps...because you'll lose all sense of time and just "be"..... my guess is right now you're so excited that the moment you get the tip in.. your head is putting you near the end...your body is just focused on busting instead of enjoying the moment and your body is rushing to the finish because you can't just chill out and enjoy everything going on....so once you finally start to feel real pleasure it's because you're already near the end of the scale. Meditation helps you chill out, relax, enjoy everything like you were completely new to it and just exist. Understanding the scale helps you learn to back off and then you can regroup.
