Hey guys, I'm trying to put together some individual supplements to mimic Animal Flex.
Both of my shoulders are injured, and have labral tears. I want to put together a regimen to get me back to swimming- including PT, exercise and supplements.
I notice that Animal Flex includes ingredients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Zinc. What is this used for? Can I get away with taking something like the below, or are these 'secondary' vitamins useful for something such as nutrient delivery?
How does this look, including ingredients that might be missing, might not be useful, or might be too large or too small dosages:
Daily:
* Glucosamine (1100mg)
* Chondroitin (800mg)
* Methylsulfonylmethane (1100mg)
* Flaxseed Oil (600mg)
* Cetyl Myristoleate (200mg) or Avocado Soybean Unsaponifiables (300mg)
* Hyaluronic Acid (200mg)
* Ginger (Root) Extract (300mg)
* Turmeric (400mg)
* Boswellia (200mg)
* Bromelain (100mg)
