im cutting down now and i need to know if i should take in a protein shake and carbs after my cardio. ive been doing cardio after my weight training and i take my protein shake(40grams) and grape juice(1 cup) after weight training then go do cardio for like 30-60 mins then take another sshake(20grams) and about 1 cup of grape juice, is this ok or does this not make any sense, i just dont want to lose to much muscle so any tips please would be great-
Yea sounds good to me. Try to do most of your cardio on non lifting day though. For money's sake you might just wanna have 20 grams of whey post lifting and another 20 grams post cardio.
