You can take it in powder form or do the capsules. Although its more expensive the capsule way, I have been using capsules to give my shaker cup alittle break.
I use PowerXD by Blue star, its been working super good for me. Check it out! http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bl...a/powerxd.htmlFOLLOW BIO-GROW LOG - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=174278071&p=1509311051#post1509311051

I've used powder in the the past and have added it to my shake no problem but I'm a huge creatine capsule fan and much prefer capsules to straight powder. I'm using Controlled Labs Green Bulge and absolutely love it.

Powder is usually a much cheaper option
Creatine - Monohydrate 3-5g daily (Nutrabolics, Allmax, Universal, BB.com)
More designer creatine's
HCL or Kre-Alk caps

OP, there is no benefit to capsule vs powder.
Just take whichever you would prefer.
I typically just throw 5g of Creatine Monohydrate into one of my protein shakes throughout the day. That works best for me.
Capsules will most likely be more $$ as well.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Lead Representative ✔

Either way of consumption you choose is fine. Capsules for convenience, powder generally for cost efficiency. You take them the same as you would a powder. Just ensure you get your daily 3-5 grams daily.

I use powder because I use mono (for the most part), my wife uses caps because she uses HCL and thats just how I buy them.
Any way is fine.Lead Forum Representative
