I have been intermittent fasting for 2 months and I lost only 1 kg, Im also taking Lipo 6 black ultra concentrate but I cant seem to be cutting the way I want, please help Im desperate to lose fat and be shredded my weight is 92 kg, about 20% bodyfat I want to reach 10%

IF offers no magical fat loss benefits. If you aren't losing weight, you're eating too much.
I would also drop the fat burner.
Work on your dietYou can't help the hopeless.

What type of cardio are you doing? Also, the more muscle you have built the faster your metabolism is. Your age says 17...if this is true i would be careful. Taking fat loss pills and fasting all the time isn't that healthy dude. Its great to not want to be fat and be muscular but your body does need certain nutrition. Protein, carbs and fat. A little fat is ok it help keeps your tendons and skin strong and can help avoid a tear. All i am saying is keep building muscle, do some cardio once a week with some coffee and eat well. Use a mirror or scale to watch your progress.

Was just going to say this. No need for supplements at your age....you wont listen to us, but it has to be said.
Fat loss comes from a caloric deficit. NOT from the use of fat burners and supplements. The deficit, ideally from eating less and burning more calories each day. A fat burner, when the deficit is not there, will do absolutely nothing for fat loss.
Work on your diet. Keep a journal, if you are not losing weight, then cut calories back some more or add cardio. Its not rocket science, its human physiology. If you consume less or burn more calories you WILL lose weight, no questions asked.Type 1 Diabetic - Since age 15
