**Official Road to the 2016 Mr Olympia Contest**

They do NOT look better than Phil, from a judging perspective. Nor do they look anywhere near as good as Phil.

Ramy has terrible flow and proportions as usual, with his mammoth quads and twig-like calves. Roelly looks really good in some poses, and has a Most Muscular that can hang with Phil's. His glaring flaw is his back, however, which gets exposed when he comes up against Phil, particularly in the Back Double Bicep.

The 2015 Olympia was a close one, with a couple of different guys (namely Shawn and Dexter), pushing Phil and actually doing some damage to his previously flawless record on the judging scorecard. This year is not a close Olympia; it's another flawless victory for Phil.

imo roellys most muscular obliterates Phil's. On a whole I think Phil has another win in the bag tho.

Yeah, his quads are on par with Rhoden's as the best on stage...but you keep telling yourself that.

Phil has the smallest legs on stage if not for of course Dex.....and Dexter's legs are much more conditioned/detailed/separated. Phil is 2nd to last in leg size and last in leg conditioning/separation

It's crazy how Phix's legs just look like soft jelly donuts and everyone else has these huge, cut legs....

IMO...Roelly is this years uncrowned MR O winner..NOBODY on that stage looks anything like that man. His back is totally fine and even if its lacks a tad the rest of his body from top to bottom KILL everyone else.

No one is even close to Phil. Some of the young guys can match him from the front, but they get destroyed when they turn around.

The real competition is for who places 2nd.

Sad thing is, Dex is finally starting to show his age. Lacking quad sweep and calves.

What's scary to me is that if Dex continues to fade, Phil will be unopposed for the next couple of years. It would break my heart if Phil tied Ronnie's record.

I really don't see how people are saying that this is Phil's best showing or anything close to it.

He's been on a steady decline, arguably 2014 or 2015 being his worst, and 2016 is no different.

Actually, his physique has improved at each Olympia for the last 3 years. His 2015 showing was better than 2014, and this year he is better than 2015.

2016>2015>2014

2014 was the worst showing in his 6 year reign. 2011, 2013, and 2016 are his best.

I'd probably put this showing as his 2nd worst.

I think people are getting carried away with their impression due to his entrance with the blown up quads and delts. Other than that, pose by pose, nothing was worthy of "Phil's best showing".

Or, it could be the fact that his midsection is tighter and more defined, he is bigger all over, and his separation and detail is better than it ever has been. Yes, this is Phil's best showing, no matter how badly you don't want it to be.

I will laugh myself to sleep, my FDB is better than the Mr Olympia's and my calves aren't 2 totally different sizes.....also I'm not Palumbo'd, and my belly button doesn't look like an ear hanging from my stomach.....

If that is the case what has more weight? Should be equal if points are concerned and then we go to the front and Phil gets owned.

You can't win the O if you have one stand out pose, but then again this is the IFBB.

If you have symmetrical arms and calves, and visible lats, you beat Phil in the FDB. Phil's FDB is sad to look at, from the stomach to the soft, small legs, to the upper body. He does have one thing complete and conditioned, though, the same thing he's had his entire career: his single left arm, and that's it

We can see where Phix likes to play the most. All around his "bellybutton" or whats left of it tons of pock marks just really nasty, not a good look for the IFBB :-(

they actually look like JJ's legs..JJ has the same issue..great thick upper body..horrible flat,nothing legs..I give props to Kevin though..hes a LEGEND in the sport and I think he feels good just competing..AND getting his name out there again ..its all good

THIS, Roelly is 1st, followed by BONAC/HEATH or HEATH/BONAC.

ROELLY AND BONAC are the 2 most muscular on stage but ROELLY wins on size like Ronnie used to. They have not put Heath next to Roelly enough.
