Test was performed by a highly accredited university and almost all protein powders were within guidelines.

The one main us based company that was not is trying to use every avenue they can do dismiss the fact that their product failed the stated label.

This forum is a very, very small % of people that purchases supplements.
The BPI & sister lines will continue to sell whether lab test surface or not. People love all those unique flavors and crazy deals.

I agree with you, TheFugitive is a nice dude and a great rep. He always helped me out the best way he could, when I had any questions about BPI..one of the most helpfull reps IMO

Alright, sorry I couldn't respond earlier. It's been balls to the wall busy at work the past week and just haven't had the time to sit down and write out any sort of reasonable reply.

I'm the newest member of this team, but I've been around the forums long enough to know how this goes - and I'm quite certain all of you do, too. I get your concern, I certainly do. It's justified and the questions are mostly relevant. You'd be an irresponsible consumer not to look for quality and to expect it from this industry. All I'm asking is you try and put personal bias towards BPI or Fugitive or whatever aside and simply look at the facts of this case here. The information about this product, the testing methods, the chain of custody, dare I say the region this product came from and tested - is all very suspect and questionable.

Please understand that this issue is very serious, BPI corporate is most certainly looking into this, and the minute we get an official response with real data it will most certainly be made available to you. I understand if this is not satisfactory to you but it's the best we can do right now. None of us 4 on the rep team work at corporate HQ, but we are all in various levels of communication with them and will pass along any information as soon as we hear back.

If you wish to carry on your agenda with virtual pitch forks and cyber trolling than I guess I can't stop you. It's unfortunate that most of the people posting in here are board "veterans" and know that whenever a story like this comes about it always takes corporate a period of time to get to the bottom of it and give an explanation. I can think of a half dozen companies that come to mind with "scandals" similar to this - some of which have reps posting in this very thread. Ironic, eh?

Sorry if this isn't the answer you are looking for, but it's the best I or really any BPI rep can give you until further information from HQ is relayed to us.

Sloop, you're not a naive person. Do me a favor, contact the company and university whether through email or ld. Do some research on their testing protocols and how they conduct their studies and lab tastings. I can send you contact information if you would like it.

Afterwards, you may be shocked on how strong their protocol is for the region. Keep in mind, only bpi failed like that out of all us companies.

It's the product, not the protocol. And no one expects a corporate response.

2. ILpump is a cop. Fug is a cop.
3. They're both listed as being from Chicago
4. ILpump's post history is virtually nothing but BPI shilling, and then there's this gem, which was in response to fug getting called out for bad nutrition advice:
