I've done a lot of research on then but i just need to clear a few things up real quick. A buddy of mine has had a practicly full bottle of 1-t lying around his house for a few months now (well, almost full...82out of 90 softgels) so i decided to buy them off of him for some pocket change. Right now im 155 of lean mass and i will only be taking this bottle of 1-t. Each softgel is 25mg and the back of the bottle says to take 1-2 softgels 2-3 times a day with your meal. I am planning on taking 1 in the morning, 2 with my lunch around 12 and two post-workout with my shake, usually around 4. I will also be consuming large amounts of protein, carbs and staying away from saturated fats. Any comments or tweaks to this plan would be great, thanks.
Also, should i continue taking the same doses on my non-workout days?

I did read that article, and it said that i need to be taking in Oral:
150-300mg when taken in ethergel product in divided doses. That seems like an awful lot when each softgel is only 25mg. That means that i would have to be taking 5-12 softgels a day. Around 5 was what i was origionaly planning on taking a day in the first place so how was that now enough. If i take just that, my cycle will be over in about 2 weeks (16 days). If i take any more, my cycle would only last a week or so...am i wrong?

my personal opinion you should have went with 1ad if you were going with oral delivery.

No, the ethergels are good but you definitely want AT LEAST 150mg/day. I'm getting good results with 250. (2 caps 5x/day).
You're gonna need more than one bottle. If you have to, hold up a gas station.
