I don't even count calories and wake up leaner everyday srs. After two weeks of it I carb up on donuts and look full as fuk. This is the goat diet of you're trying to cut fat fast. But you do look flat as **** after a week on it. This is the leanest I've ever been in my life and weighed in at 234lbs feels good man

Just google metabolic therapy for cancer or anything with curing epilepsy.. there are also some small n value studies that show keto has a statistically significant effect on fat loss. Weight loss is not significantly different from Keto to low fat but fast loss is

Keto is goat and I lost a good amount of weight. But as a student and as someone who's barely home it's a bit hard to keep up with it since I'm always on the run and there's not that many keto friendly food out there when on the run.
I'm just sticking to chicken breast and apples with peanut butter as snacks. I would go back to keto in a heartbeat if I had the time to properly prep my meals

My experience with keto - got lean quickly. Cool. What were calories? Cool.
Eggs & & chicken & bacon & string cheese with everything, also cool.
Hormones felt ****ed even after refeeds sometimes.
BINGES. Much more frequent than any other diet . I think it's cuz I went too strict tbh , but I don't binge any more. On keto it could go downhill fast.
Then once the diet was over I always did some damage in the first week bulking.
Did get lean quick tho
