Been dating my chick for about 3 months, and I honestly thought everything was too good to be true. She's young, beautiful, fun to be around. We're having the time of our lives. I caught major feels. We're at the point in the relationship where we refer to each other as bf/gf.
Thing is - I've never been much of a social media guy. I go on ******** like twice a year at most. But tonight I finally google my chick's name - I find her and her fb has tons of photos of her with her daughter, who it looks like she had when she was 16 (she's 20 now).
Well fuk. Right now I have the sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach. I haven't texted her tonight yet - dunno what I'm going to say or do. So far she doesn't know that I know.
Dang it, I wanted to have something real with this chick. I put a lot of emotional investment into her, and she kept this this all a secret from me At the same time, it's pure 'tardedness to raise someone elses kid.
I don't know what I'm going to do. North Carolina's the only real option, isn't it, misc?

End it. Seriously, fukk anyone who says otherwise. This is a huge deal. Imagine what else she would keep from you. And imagine the kind of weak character she has that she feels she has to hide her own child to maintain an illusion with someone she's known for only 3 months. Fukk that.
Break it off, be classy about it if you want, but break it off.

Idk... idk. I agree with you, but there's an element there we don't know. Did the Op say he confirmed with her she has this daughter living with her parents? (I also agree that's a red flag)
But, there are circumstances where she maybe didn't want the child, but the parents are the kind that forbid abortion and adoption, and only gave her the choice for them to raise her... maybe... I mean 16?? You're still young as hell.

That sucks but better to know sooner then later.
If she will hide a human from you, what else will she hide?
You can speak with her about it but what is the answer you want to hear? The only thing would be that its not her child.
Also, why would a perfectly healthy young woman not raise her own child? perhaps it as inconvenience that is cramping her fun."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
