Daughter came home with a blister on the inside of her foot last night.

She gets in the shower and starts crying bc it hurts. I make her wash it and clean it up.

Gets out crying still. We dry it off and I grab some gold bond spray. Tell her its going to be cold and sting really bad but it will make it feel better.

Grab her foot and hold it down and spray it. She screams and crys so loud. Felt fukkin awful. Felt like the worst dad in history.

But she woke up brand new and said it felt way better. Dads a hero again.

i'm typically a garlic butter/salt seasoning on salmon type of person but stepdad showed me that sauce one day.

Alright, cause i'm seriously down for it to happen this time. I am on vacation from 6th - 13th but anytime from 15th - 29th I can likely make work and get larry and crew involved most likely.

i tracked how much i was consuming on a normal day just with the food i eat, nothing added really.

and then have made conscious effort to add salt to a lot of meals. so no not tracking how much i am adding, just adding at this point.

the only issue is that is doesn't come close to the available foods like myfitnesspal

Ohh yea. Im not a bbq fan dude. theres a place by my house that serves garlic cue, which is basically just a carlic/bbq sauce thats pretty good, spicy bbq is good, but strait up bbq naa bro im sweet

Olive oil, LEMON PEPPER, salt,

and then squirt lemon juice after it bakes.

Goat fish, and no stupid bones like salmon

salmon at top tier restaurants is god-tier however

all the salmon i buy already has the bones taken out. The only time i had salmon with bones was when i brought back the silver salmon i caught in Alaska.
