Today I lost a competition. Not a bodybuilding one, but for me a very important one indeed, where I put 50+ days/nights of work, admission fees, travel fees.
The two of the three nominees were excellent as me, one mediocre at best.
I have a question for you and I'm posting here because preparing for bodybuilding competitions is mentally and physically painful and challenging and I know you'll understand me and hopefully have some words of advice.
How do you deal with the fire burning inside you, how do you keep calm, how much time do you need to "keep calm and carry on", to restart your journey, to fight back harder.
Any advice will be helpful,
Many thanks in advance
Pete

50 days? That's it? I've prepared for a year for a race and didn't win.
