Yes I realize its 16 days away. Ive been cutting for awhile now. Im 4 lbs away from being 179 which is my weight class. My current training schedule is:
sunday-cardio
Monday-Thurs-BJJ
Friday- cardio
Saturday-rest
Currently Im eating about 1800kcals a day. with a 40/40/20 split.
Ask away this is my first one of these so I don't know what all to say.
My main goal is to go to Pan ams next year. This is the beginning of that journey.
