For cardio, after a bike ride warm up, I do what I call eighty-six forty-twos, which are 4 sets of stands consisting of 8, then 6, then 4, then 2 reps (sprinting up football stadium seating and jogging back down is 1 rep) with 2 minutes after the first set, 1:30 after the set of 6, then 1 minute rest, then 30 seconds rest. Take a 5-10 minute break, and then do another. Great for getting soaked with sweat and side cramps fast!
Not necessarily all that strange, but it's unusual in the sense that I made up the routine!Pokémon Go crew

I personally can't stand traditional cardio. I've always been a quick twitch athlete with all my training and sports. Plus I live in Ohio so it's either -10 degrees or 95 degrees.
I can't believe I'm saying this but I guess weeding and mulching is my favorite form of cardio. With little kids at home, I gotta find ways to kill two birds with one stone because they can play in the yard and I can do my think. I really like using a shovel. so loading up a wheelbarrow with mulch and dumping in around the yard is my favorite way to work up a sweat.

oh wowww....some of the things me and my female friends do in the name of "Cardiovascular Training" can be considered unusual, to say the least! ive got to admit that ive tried some of these (in the privacy of my own home!) and dont know if the elevated heart rate was more due to the out of control laughing or to the actual exercise.
im sure youll find these to be quite creative and also good for a laugh or 3.
PRANCERCISE...one of my favorites! lol
the POUND Workout with Drumsticks...this one actually looks like it would work
HULA HOOP-ing...i like this and the kids think its hilarious!
i totally agree to all the requirements and would love to review Alpha Cuts.

In. Never tried your products, but I do need a pre-cardio supplement, so here goes.
I'm a craft brewer, so 2 or three times a day I shovel a batch of grain from the mash tun to a dump cart. It gets given to local farmers as a supplement to their livestock feed.
Going in dry the grain is usually between 900-1200lbs. After being mashed it absorbs water so it gains weight up to 2000lbs+.
It's a great chest/deadlift variant and I always eat some protien right after! Takes about 10 minutes per batch. I am always sweating buckets when I'm done. Heart rate is high. Doesn't help the stuff is 170degrees F.
Thanks for the opportunity! It's your diet.

Alpha Cuts would be fantastic to implement into my journey right now, currently shedding dat fat!
Right now, my most strenuous cardio is running HIIT on an incline, anywhere from 12-16 intervals right now.
I'd say my strangest at the moment is heading to the park about 10 minutes away, jogging a short path within the woods which meets a talllll staircase, then climbing that sucker. Usually I repeat a few times until the sweat is profusely occurring.
I used to run the bleachers during college summers at my old high school, been wanting to find one I can do that at these days....
Thanks for the opportunity!â“€ Kaged Muscle Forum Representative â“€
