Never saw this promo but here I am finally haha
I have a s**t load of stuff in my gym bag but thats probably because I do a lot of sports. I tend to use the same one and just keep everything in there
Items
Deodorant and BodySpray - Personal hygiene. These go together. You gotta apply both after a workout or else you gonna get some looks outside the gym. I sweat a lot and I am unlucky because I have some bad B.O. Gotta always have something to sweeten the air
1.Shoes - Training shoes. Always have just in case I am coming from somewhere that I am in uncomfortable shoes.
2.Socks - Always have an extra pair. The reason being is because I shower at the gym most of the time. So I will have to change, not going to re-use the sweaty and nasty socks I worked out in haha
3.Shorts - Training shorts. I change out of my pants and put these on to workout in. Not much to say
4.Shirt - Another training article. Will change out of whatever I am wearing and will put this on
5.Lifting & Wrist Straps - The assistance I need. I use to carry around a lifting belt and whatever but I changed gym and they have that for me. The only things they don't have are the straps. I have a pretty bad grip and I have a bad wrist, so I need this
6.Soap - You have to have this when you shower. Or else you just wetting yourself and youd still smell. its one of the ones that has all 3 combined. Shampoo, Body, Conditioner. Jack of all trades, master of none pretty much
7.Flip Flops - Not going to enter a public gym barefoot, gotta come prepared with the sandals. Slide on the flip flops and you are ready to go
Missing the Towel. I tend to keep a towel to dry myself out of a shower but its drying as I type
So thats my gym bag. Pretty big compared to most. And I dont even have any supplements in it

WHITE FLOOD! Oh man, so jacked about this opportunity! I have wanted to try this stuff for such a long time.
Here is the gym bag of mine, and the contents for your viewing pleasure:
Shirt, shorts, UA Compressions: I workout either right before, or during work so often times I pack the outfit. I absolutely cannot workout w/o compression shorts. Especially when it comes to cardio. A must. Jordan shirt, C9 shorts.
Wireless Bluetooth Headphones: Wow, they are so great. I've used iPhone buds for so many years, but since I got these, not having to avoid the dumb cords is amazing.
Blender Bottle: Protein right after workout, of course .
Deodorant, brush, cologne: For making myself presentable, un-smelly afterwards and heading back to work. Axe, Diesel Only The Brave, FYI.
Bag: Employer, work at Life Time Corporate. Got it free, and it's big, has a bunch of pockets and compartments. Gets the job done.
Not pictured: Workout shoes, right now rotating some UA Speedforms (best for leg days, flat, for squatting) and some Nike Frees.
Thanks for the fun opportunity!Last edited by InfraRen; 07-06-2016 at 08:49 PM.

1. Pixie Sticks - For that quick dextrose after workout
2. Jack Links Jalapeno - I like to pig out on some protein from time to time
3. Bottle of PWO - The brand varies for this, but just incase my buddies forget to bring theirs, I can easily give them some
4. BPI Best Sports BEST BCAA or Scivation Xtend - For intra-workout (same as above/whole bottle)
5. Funnel
6. Animal Pill Case containing - Animal Flex, Fishoil and Multivitamin
7 and 8. Controlled Labs fish oil/Multivitamin and/or MuscleTech Platinum Multivitamin (I usually keep these in the Animal Pill Case and don't bring the bottle out)
9. Tupperware - Containing creatine in the smaller one and the bigger one whey isolate or weight gainer
10. USB Cord and External battery charger because music is a necessity.
11. Deodorant"Under the sky, under the heavens there is but one family. It just so happens that people are different." - Bruce Lee

In for support.
Don't have a gym bag, no need for one at home...lol. Towel hangs on my guardrail next to wood stove. Water and Amino's on TV stand. Pre and Post on top of fridge upstairs, so you could say my house is my gym bag...lmaoMy Log - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170367151&page=50

best gym bag ive ever had...well made, roomy and durable..
contents are as follows. back row, left to right.
wrist wraps...i have genetically tiny wrists and have had problems in the past so i like to keep them supported.
gloves...yes, i use gloves
elbow brace...primarily for overhead tricep work, helps me to keep my elbows tight to the body and go heavier
workout journal....really surprised no one else carries one of these. its so important to track everything youre doing, every time! this is probably the single most important item i have in my bag.
CL shaker... CL quality, use it for my Intra during training
power hooks... i generally lift by myself and dont socialize much so when i want to go heavy with chest/shoulder dumbbell work these are indispensable for me. they eliminate the need for a spotter and no more struggling to get 100+ into proper position.
middle row... lifting belt
front row
Chucks... these are my back day shoes. favs for squats
straps... why sacrifice the ability to lift more weight just because your grip gives out?
Intra product... additional hydration, energy and Aminos during training. plus most of them taste great
music...not always, but nice to have available
protein bars and assortment of supplement sample packs....again, nice to have available
gym towel...nothing nastier than people that dont wipe down equipment when finished.
these are my basics. sometimes more, sometimes less.
thanks for the Promo...CL products are among my favorites

Mine is probably much more basic than others
Jaybird Wireless Headphones - Music is the most important factor for my workout mood.
Brooks Ghosts Running Shoes - Do a lot of running aside from just lifting so it's essential for me
Flex Comics Shirt - Might as well lift in style
Socks - Gotta have sock while wearing shoes
Nike Pants - Gym frown upon just working out in my boxers
Deodorant (not pictured) - because well don't want to stink afterwards

lol i may or may not have moved some of the stuff from the sides to the center so you could see it better. did not take anything out of it tho. i had a gym bag with ton of stuff in it but it got stolen out of my car, i had some custom attatchments i had fabricated for different applications etc. and my ipod and some wrist wraps, etc. some bum took it tho. pissed me off, now we keep the gym bag slim.

Would love to try this preworkout
Wrist Wraps:I have terrible wrist mobility and wrist wraps help with my front squat. Also I have tendonitis in my right wrist from wrestling.
Deodorant: I need to put on deodorant because I sweat like crazy and smell nasty after hard workouts.
Wrestling shoes: I use my old wrestling shoes when squatting and deadlifting and it has helped my lifts significantly.
PreWorkout: When ever I have no energy I take a scoop or two.
Shaker Cup: Sometimes I used it to drink water or use it when i bring whey.S/B/D/OHP: 405/265/495/180

Lift @ home crew so no official gym bag
Last time I had a gym membership was about 6 years ago and here's the busted down bag I used to take. Back then I only brought a change of clothes with me. Lol
Now if I ever go to a gym with a buddy I sadly still use this poverty bag:
Contents/essentials
Gym shoes - obvious...
workout log - how else do you know how many reps/weight you did last time?
Versa grips - best grips/straps ever, got them as a gift
OG bb.com shaker - close to 10 years old
pen - to write with
Been saving up my labels to turn in and planned on getting some of this White Flood. Dying to see if its anything like the original!!If you can rely on your ability, you don't have to worry about reliability.

I'll jump in! My gym bag is going to look way different then those up there ^^^
Here we go --
My BB.Com shaker cup to shake up all that pre/intra/post workout goodness
A pack of tissue for the random boogie and/or runny nose and/or smeared mascara
My name on a pink sticky note in case I forget who I am
Dental floss for the random piece of broccoli stuck between my teeth
My beloved Versa Grips to heave-ho dem giant weights around
An unsharpened Christmas pencil that I have absolutely no use for and had no idea it was even in there
My locker lock so no one steals that Christmas pencil
Altoids for minty freshness all workout long
My supps in individual zip lock bags so I don't have to lug the entire containers around
A towel to dab the glistening sweat beads off of me
My Gold's Gym entry swipe -- my weekend gym -- important because they won't let me in on my looks alone
My after work gym FOB to get in 24/7 -- important because the door won't unlock without it
My I-Pod because gyms play the worst music EVER
My lifting gloves to protect my delicate hands
Plus my pink and lime green Nike flip flops in case I stop for a pedicure after my workout
That's it!
FYI journal people .... FitNotes is a great workout tracker app that's free, really easy to use, and zero ads. I switched over from a written journal a few months ago and it's great!Last edited by swooshie; 07-11-2016 at 09:18 PM.
Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.
