Should I reduce my weight loss to 1lb a week from 2?

Ok so I cut from 202lbs to 170lbs at a rate of approximately 2lbs a week.

Right now at 170lbs, i'm like 12-13%bf, I want to get down to like 7-8% bf at 162lbs.

Should I slow down my cut to like 1lb a week?

Right now i'm doing two a days (cardio+abs/hiit) morning and weights in the evening

Thinking this might burn me out and I should lower it down to 1lb a week?

It's generally thought that the maximum amount of fat metabolism is about 30-31 calories per pound of body fat. That should give you about 660 calories per day at current stats.

You're getting to the harder part now (sub 12-13%). My body like to put a halt to things around 10%. If you're feeling run down you may want to take a refeed of maintenance week.
