Cucumber lime sort of sounds like a 90s Bath and Body Works scent.

I've seen that combination elsewhere (not Bath and Body Works) but it just never really appealed much to me. Cucumber is such a subtle flavor, I don't really get excited about cucumber flavored anything.

Tried my sample of RCSS Yeah Buddy this morning. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stim-bomb pre.

Was worried it'd make me sick like Hyde does, being so heavy on the caff with y.

Felt pretty good smooth energy from the get-go but ~15 minutes after drinking it, it truly kicks in and the energy, sweat and focus stayed strong for the whole hour and a half workout.

Doubt it's up to the standards of you Dust Extreme and Meso users but I don't wanta go back down the road of those DMAA-junky days. So this will make due for a day when I need that extra kick.

This review reminded me this one has been on my radar and just found a good deal so scooped up 2 tubs...thanks lol

Contemplating on when to begin bulk. Next week, or beginning of september. Last thing I want is a random pool party popping up right now if I decide to bulk. (Going for a 1-2 year controlled bulk, but with some flexibility, and some minicuts when needed)

The bros wanna go out tonight to all you can eat sushi or Korean bbq. I've been craving sushi for a while, but kbbq sounds good as well.

Give me suggestions fellas

If it's a slow and controlled bulk, might as well start now. If you're worried about a pool party in a month or two, than your bulk already got out of control if you're in bad shape for it. You can always bulk and if a pool party comes up, go keto and lower the calories for that week and you'll drop all that water weight from the added calories and should look fine for the party.

posts in this thread and my CP all say to begin bulk now, seems like it begins next week then. Im planning on gaining 1-2 lbs a month, and experimenting with high volume training for the first time, which I already began this past week @ maintenance calories.

Ive realized how much of a waste it is to try to stay shredded all the time and try to get bigger/stronger as a natty, it just doesn't work and you keep spinning your wheels. I'm done doing that, time to try something new.

Just gotta begin to love my "off season" body.

AYCE sushi can be hit or miss depending on how well organized the venue is (and of course how good the sushi chefs are).

My favorite AYCE sushi restaurant gives you cards and a pen and you just check off every roll you want and turn it in. After you finish one card, you can get another one and keep going. This is great because everything's made to order and there's no lines.

The worst AYCE sushi place I went to had 50 things other than sushi and not enough sushi chefs. You had to hover over them and get the roll you wanted right when it came out.

Korean BBQ is always a good idea IMO.

Agreed that "lean bulking" at such low calories or a very slight surplus is very difficult to do. Imo it's not very optimal. I would recommend looking into cyclical bulking/Ben Pukulski's Incredible Bulk. And with the change in your workout, the increase in calories should really cause some killer growth.

Personally, I prefer to lean bulk; however, my calories aren't low. That metabolism is out of fkn control
