Felt great gradual onset of energy, would probably take 15 minutes before the gym though since I usually foam roll and warm up for about 10-15 minutes. Sometimes the energy rush would come mid foam rolling and I liked it better when it hit me during warm up lifts.

Focus was amazing. tunnel vision and zoned out when i took it.

How were muscle pumps during the workout?
Better than with the fruit punch. I definitely felt a pump and not just fullness. Still not as intense and a lot of people would want it to be but I liked that it wasn't too over the top

Would you like to see this prototype get launched?

Yes, would definitely buy the Green Apple flavor
