Hello all,
My name is Daniel and I am 21 years old. I hope I'm in the right category to post this. This post is about how to recover from a broken right Humerus. Today when I was working out back and bi's I was doing reverse curls standing up with a 30lbs barbell. While I was doing the exercise I realised that my right shoulder was moving upwards as I was bringing the bar up and towards my chest. The movement from my right shoulder didn't look right comparing to my left shoulder which wasn't moving at all. I have performed this excersise before and never had that happen before. I was wondering if someone here has had the same problem or similar problem and how to get pass that. I also noticed my right arm has gotten weaker (duh). My bone took 6 months to completely heal and I didn't work that arm at all for all that time. I kind of don't like my doctors because I feel like they don't know my life style and can't give me suggestions on what to do at the gym, they just tell me what not to do. Any suggestions would help me out a lot. Thank you in advance and lets get some conversations going!
Daniel
