    Building muscle/bulk, cut and cardio

    Hi guys.

I'm currently in a bulking phase eating 3000 cals per day hitting my macros etc. I am gaining weight roughly 0.5kg per week/2 weeks. But I feel the weight I'm adding is just going around my stomach and I'm not actually gaining any muscle mass. I have toned up slightly and definitely got stronger. I have recently changed my workout exercises incase my body had become adjusted to my training. My workouts consist of heavy low rep training and medium weight and rep training. I am currently 82kg 6ft and bodyfat of approx. 25-28%. is it possible to go on a cutting diet with cardio and still gain muscle size? Or is a cutting diet recommended every so many months? I wasn't sure whether to cut for a bit to see if I become more defined and loose bit of fat around the belly or continue what I'm doing hoping to put on size then cut? How long is the muscle building procedures?

Thankyou for your help and for reading

just saying doing 30 set workouts with low frequency is pointless for a natural lifter. half of that workout will be just fluff

do a full body or upper lower split. stay away from any routine with 30 set workouts. those are just cardio, and that type of training is not necessary until you are advanced lifter
