Hey everyone. My bottles of Project F have arrived. I'm very excited to give this a try. I was lucky enough to have been selected for other testing programs such as shock therapy, project A, and Agent O. All of these turned into solid products and I am honored to be a part of project F.
A little bit about me: Im 35 and from Massachusetts. I've been a supporter of Animal/Universal for probably 6 years or so now. I've attended various ABCs, UBCs, and worked the cage once. I've been 'weightlifting' since I was in high school but in 2014 I decided to do something different. I entered the world of powerlifting and since then have competed in about 6 competitions with RPS. I just competed on Saturday in the CT state championships. I did not do as well as I wanted to, but ended up taking second place in the 198 class. I was more happy with the fact that I was able to successfully diet down from 206 to 195 for this competition by changing my diet and water intake. I learned a lot at these meet, and now know where I need to improve.
I had planned on taking a week or two off, but with project F at my doorstep there is no time to waste! Im heading in for some light arms today and will update shortly. Currently sipping on some fruit punch.

Day #1. Fruit Punch. Arm day.
So. Like I was saying, I decided to go in for some light arm work just to get things moving again and check out project F. I am still sore and a bit beat up and my diet is nothing special at this moment. I've been laying low after the meet and doing a lot of house work. Today I set up a home garden and picked up around 200lbs of weight plates I bought as I slowly gather equipment for a home gym. So its been a longggg day...
-I mixed up one scoop of the fruit punch flavor in 12 oz of water. Powder smelled good! I can not rate mixability as I used a power blender but I can tell you that once it mixed, it never got clumpy or gritty.
-Taste. Initial thoughts on the fruit punch flavor are good. I liked Universal's fruit punch kicker flavor from back in the day. However I find that the Hawaiian Pump flavor good, but with a bit of a kick to it. This one would fall in the middle for me. It has a smooth fruit punch flavor to it, with a bit of a bite at the end of it.
-Initial effects. This goes out to my fellow OG Rage lovers out there. The first bit of energy hit after 7 minutes ( I watched the clock) of consuming. I had a flash back to the Agent O powder in the little baggie, pouring it in to the water, and experiencing that clean energy burst and tingles. This is exactly what happened to me. A clean burst of alertness with some tingles. Motivation began to increase and no side effects.
Forward to the gym, I arrived still with the increased energy and motivation. Arms went down like this, with 15-20 reps each and 2-4 sets of each:
machine cable curls.
DB hammer curls.
machine preacher curls.
triceps pushdown machine.
rope extensions.
one arm cable extensions.
I felt project F hit after the third set on machine cable curls. At this point, it was just a noticeable pump and fullness. By the time I finished biceps they were very, very, pumped and full. A feeling I havent experienced too much with my powerlifting programs. I also noticed that my recovery was quick and motivation continued throughout the workout. I got into triceps noting a pump onset after the 3rd set as well. By the time I was done with this workout (about 45minutes-hour) I had a noticable increase in pump and fullness. I was able to confirm this because the t-shirt I had on got tighter by the end of the workout. The pump seemed to have stayed with my for another half hour or so after the workout when I got home to eat. No intra-workout drink today, just water. Overall my experience with project F was awesome! Great energy, great pumps/fullness. I had no jitters, headaches, or other side effects however I will say I had difficulty sleeping. I did, however, take this fairly close to bedtime which was my error. Today I will take it earlier in the day to avoid that issue.

Day #2. Green Apple. Back/Chest day.
I did a light combination of chest/back last night. Green apple was my choice.
Think Torrent pre workout, lol. Thats just what the taste reminded me of. It was a little strong, more so I thought then OG rage (apple jacked) but it was good. I did notice that the green apple had a lot of foam after mixing it, where I didnt notice any with the F.P. I consumed one scoop in 12oz of water and basically had a similar experience however I did not get the noticeable increase in energy as I did the day before. I got to the gym with some increased energy and did the following at 10-15 reps:
machine decline.
machine incline.
machine front press.
lat pull down.
cable rows.
assisted pull ups.
Again, keeping it simple after the meet, but after that decline work I had a noticable pump that seemed to increase with each set! I consumed 1L of water intra and im sure that helped with the volume I felt. So far I am very happy with the pump/fullness aspect of this product. NO side effects today, and had no trouble with sleep this time.
Todays Motivation:
Went with this clip because I was at the cage for a bit this past March. The energy was heavy in the air and it was packed! Hope to work in the cage again someday again...

The lack of crash, or jitters is great.
The foam in the green apple for me was no worse than shock therapy, and since that is my main PWO, it didn't even occur to me to note it! Haha
I am a fan of apple torrent, and you are right, this is close. My Project F ATP log:

Out of the office
Thanks everyone for checking in!
To answer ureps question. Yes. I was off al stims. I was referring to taking some time off from the gym. But. I had a stim break prior to project F getting in. And project F is the only stim I'm using ( no coffee, etc)
I'm currently on a mini vacation in Maine.. Should be able to get back in to the gym on Sunday where I can start adding some more volume in and doing more of a bodybuilding split for now.

Day #3. Fruit Punch. Arm day
Today, Project F was Fantastic. One scoop in 12oz of water and consumed on the way in to the gym. I find the taste still a bit strong with a little bite to it. Increased energy and focus came in to play about ten minutes after first sip. I went into the gym today and had one of those workouts that I havent had in a long time. I hit LOTs of volume for arms and did not count sets, reps, exercises, etc. I went all on feel.
The pump was felt after the first tricep exercise which was v bar push downs, 3 sets. When I do two bodyparts I am finding that Project F's pump hits me after the first exercise, and pretty quickly when working on the next bodypart, which was biceps. Full pump through out the workout. No side effects. No complaints on day 3.
HAPPY 4TH!

Day #4. Green Apple. Chest day.
One scoop in 12oz of water, green apple. Used the first Universal shaker I ever got.
Hit 4 exercises of chest, 4 sets each, 10-15 reps:
Bench Press. Lighter weight, getting into the BP groove again.
Incline machine. Light weight, concentrating on squeeze.
Butterfly machine.
Front press.
Took Project F on the way in to the gym. Energy started about 8 minutes in. Pump, again, was amazing. Started on the third set of benching and lasted throughout the work out. Experiencing some soreness today! Overall great workout.AnimalPak Project F Log:

Day #5. Fruit Punch. Back day. Mid Review.
Been working some overtime, over nights, and its been hot as balls out so I really needed some energy for back. 1 scoop of F.P. while enroute to the gym.
Machine pull downs.
Some new cable pull down thing that was pretty cool.
deadlifts.
low rowing. I do these with my feet on the floor, instead of using the foot rests as I feel it helps work your stablizers.
All 4-5 sets of 10-15 reps. Took an hour, although had to wait for chaos to calm down as a kid dropped the incline weight sled on himself and people had to rescue him. Dude folded up like an accordion.
This was scoop 5, and I figured I'd do a mid point review seeing as though there are roughly ten servings in total.
energy I'm finding a noticeable increase in energy with project F. Some days its strong and noticeable, other days like today you feel it gradually hit you over time. Although I love rage xl, I find this to be stronger similar to OG rage which is nice.
pump This in my opinion, is the shining start of project F. The pumps and fullness each workout have been incredible.
taste I must be honest, as of now I am not a big fan of the flavors. I like just about every flavor Universal has, but find the fruit punch to be a little bitter and the green apple to be a bit sour. That aside, the results of the product far out whey the taste.AnimalPak Project F Log:

Day #6. Fruit Punch. leg day.
After a day off. I hit legs. Today was a lite day. Very busy with work and took weds off from the gym, then worked 11pm-11am. Slept a few hours. 2 meals. And then legs. Fatigued and didnt want to go injure myself so kept it simple:
leg extensions -
Leg press -
Squats. -
Squats. - Time to start working on widening my stance and depth.
Hams
Calves
12-20 reps. 3-4 sets each.
Project F helped, ALOT today. Although I was tired I got just enough juice to get in, get a great pump, and head out. Time to rest up, arms/shoulders Friday followed by a busy work weekend.Last edited by TwoBstrong; 07-07-2016 at 07:44 PM.

Nice, all around.
For the Green Apple, might be better labeled Sour Green Apple? There is a market for that flavor. My Log - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170367151&page=50

Day #6. Fruit Punch. Shoulders.
Shoulders went down with Fruit Punch:
SM presses -
side lats -
rear delts. -
front raises. -
biceps machine
triceps push down
10-12 reps. 3-4 sets each.
Becuase my sleep was off, I didnt have a full meal pre workout. Just a granola bar I would NOT suggest this, lol. I felt a little too stimmed out during my workout and just didnt feel good over all. Given that, I still hate a decent workout with an intense pump.[/QUOTE]AnimalPak Project F Log:

Monday I finished up the fruit punch. Just a few scoops of G/A to go:
GREAT chest workout today.
flat bench -
wide grip bench -
close grip -
butterflys -
front press machine
Hit these with about 3-4 sets, 8-12 slowwww reps. The soreness today is veryyyyyyyyyyyy noticable! I had just a slight energy increase with no tingles, pump was average but project F helped my workout for sure.AnimalPak Project F Log:
