    Is possible to go from skinny to big if you start training at 20.5?

    Listen I know this quesitons sounds stupid but hear me out most of the really impressive transformations are from people who started from 16-18 why is that for example zyzz jeff sied. Can anyone refute what i said? Has anyone went from skinny to big who started training after teen years.?

    only use natural lifters as reference. otherwise dexter jackson is still placing top 3 in olympia at 46 year old. this is more about time spent lifting properly than your starting age. obviously if you start in your 16 , you will have a lot more lifting experience in your mid twenties.
