The best soccer player in history is 5'7. Heigh means nothing in soccer except for centerbacks and goal. You can have smaller strikers who dominate (Aguero) or taller ones who have skill and power (Ibra and Lewy).

you are seriously dense in the head, this is why people call americans dumbasses, it's like saying aussie people are the best athletes in the world because they are the best afl players
does anywhere else in the world have american football programs for kids? does anywhere else in the world give af enough about bball or gridiron for you to be competing against them for roster spots?
this kid probs plays in some bush league recreational team where people can't even make a simple pass without falling over themselves and thinks he's knows about the game. lol
wow these guys sure did dominate soccer with their physique didn't they, delusions of peace
lmao at the idea these bulky baby giraffes could have the stamina to run out a game let alone make any meaningful contributions
ave distance covered in an nba game 2miles
ave ave distance covered in a soccer game 7 miles
oh btw there's no rotations, there's no where to hide on the bench when there's 'no ac'

In 4 angry delusional cuck Europeans who deny US would dominate
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Logged in on mobile just to react to your retardedness.
'Soccer' is free form and therefor les dependent on intelligence? What the fuk are you on about you stupid fuk. To play at the highest level you have to think 2-3 passes ahear of anyone so you know where people are going, where the ball is going, where you should be and you need to take that in in real time, no time-outs all while 11 opponents are moving around and breaking up play at the same time.
Fuuuuk me what the fuk. As if you don't need intelligence to excell at that. Leave it to some retarded fuknut to think football is just running around with the ball clueless as fuk until something works out because it's free form. Also never mind all the different formations coupled with the various roles players can fill in.
Fukking ironic in the thread where it comes down to 'can America be awesome at this sport almost no American actually understands?'

this discussion comes up after every major tournament.
Soccer is not a game that can be dominated by atheleticisim like most american sports. and Believe it or not, our current players are known worldwide for being among the most athletic.
What we don't have is tecnical skill, and there's no reason to think we'd all of a sudden be able to develop that just because more people played.

I think a lot of it has to do with mentality. We may have a decent amount of youth soccer, but it's not taken seriously. Most parents who put their kids in it just don't want them to be fatasses.
Then go into youth football camps and AAU basketball leagues. It's night and day when you're talking about the intensity, drive, and seriousness. If that kind of attitude along with the tier 1 athletes suddenly went to youth soccer in the US, the US would eventually be a powerhouse once enough years passed to allow those athletes to grow up. There's a reason why the US dominates the Olympics while having no federal backing or anything.**Arkansas Razorbacks**
