I did a cut that lasted about 8 mths. I went from 225 pds to 172 pds. After I got down to an comfortable size I did mini cuts and lean bulks. In the 3rd pic I actually went up in weight to 183 pds. I just have less body fat. I went from 17 percent in the second pic down to 11 percent now. Its 15 pds of muscle in about 8 mths time. Its a lot but it may have been a rebound effect where I deflated a bit muscle wise when cutting so much.
How did you like the mini bulk and cuts? Most people say you're spinning your wheels when you do that. Do you believe they were more beneficial to you than longer bulks? Thanks!
By the way, great chest transformation. Was it just the cut, or did you train them a specific way?
I did weak point training and foused on upper chest development. I was doing some things wrong and got help from a personal trainer. My mistake was leg placement and angle was turing my incline more into a flat.
I liked cutting in 1-3 mth intervals. I didnt lose too much muscle that way and didnt gain too much fat through the process.
