Mark Cuban is an asshat. WTF with "This isn't a talk to your team issue..." What a douche.

Think I'll be adding lifting here soon with a little cardio at the end my session for heart health. You guys following any routines right now? I usually make my own in the 6-8 range for strength/size, but might jump on a program this time.

I was briefly but I'll just put it off until I reach my fat loss goals, and then I'll be on a full body program. Too much on a daily basis to do that, 45 mins of cardio, and perform at the highest levels of a real man's job like selling securities. Too much beer Gordon.

congrats, I'd be surprised if Iowa doesn't make the tourney, they should be closing in on 10-8.
Happ is such a piece of garbage right now he has under 2 weeks to figure out how to shoot a free throw. 1-7 tonight, now under 50% for the season. Looks like he'll never be a big Franky.DR. 3time

Hmm, I recently read hard lifting leads to more calories and fat burned versus cardio so I might start a 3-4 x a week program with 30-45 min of cardio on off days and possibly 15-20 (time allowing) minutes of cardio on lifting days. I think I am within 10lbs of my goal so my deficit + a little more fat burning might be a good combo. Would rather not lose too much muscle in this last stretch.
How's your progress been on it?Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

Solid.
I took a couple years off (lame) and just started back last Sept. I've been kind of half assing the squats (just main and jokers and that's it) but they are still progressing enough to tolerate (last couple were 315x5 and 275x13 which is way below my past PR's but way above where I was when I moved started 5/3/1 in like Nov)...putting more work in on upper body (opposite what I did in the past) and I have been either adding 5 lbs to bench/press and getting the same reps as the last cycle or even adding 5 lbs and adding a rep or two at the same time)

Damn, nice pressing form. Good stuff.
I'll probably try a less intense routine right now to see how I feel with lifting + cardio while in a pretty large deficit. I definitely lost some strength though so I may pick up 5/3/1 once I reach my goal, appreciate the video and feedback.Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

Thanks. I think 5/3/1 is an excellent program when cutting. I was cutting when I started it this time. The big set being an AMRAP where, for the first several cycles at least, you should be able to get well over the "minimum" gives you leeway to suck due to the calorie deficit without coming up short of the prescribed reps. Or not suck without being held back by overly conservative programming. And of course with jokers and first set last being variable, you can adjust them based on how you are doing.

Interesting. I'll look into it for sure. Not really sure what rep range I want to be in right now since I've been out of the lifting world for a little bit on this cut.
What do you guys think of Charles Barkley saying GSW might not even make it out of west if Durant isn't cleared for playoffs? The threats I see for them: Rockets, Spurs, possibly Pelicans if they start clicking. Was thinking Clippers but just knowing the Clippers makes me not believe in them haha.Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

Wasn't GSW KD less last year when they went 73-9, and the year before when they went 67-15? Only one to stop them was King James.
Any y'all see the O.J. Made in America documentary? I'm up to part 4 of 5. Funny how so many thought he was innocent because he 'seems like such a good guy'.DR. 3time

To rub salt in the wounds Bogut joined the Cavs. Obviously he'd like to beat the team that dumped him.
GS didn't need to sign Durant. 73 win season with a 3-1 Finals lead over Cleveland at full strength.
They choked and instead of regrouping like the Spurs with the same roster and everyone taking accountability they panicked and added another choker who choked a 3-1 lead against them in the playoffs.
